i saw their panel at comic con last year and they seemed to all love each other a ton. hank was a big joker. i think that always makes shows that much better, when the cast has such a good chemistry.
Watching TV for the first time in months and seeing your old friends talking about you is also a bit far-fetched.
Also, I may be getting my threads confused, but I'm pretty sure that Journey's Don't Stop Believing will figure prominently in the final scene.
I thought that was a stretch too. Oh, not the Journey part, but what Walt saw…it was a little too coincidental; it accelerated the plot a little too mechanically.
In the podcasts for these last few episodes, Gilligan and other members of the show staff have been talking about how much time pressure they're under and how many loose ends they have to wrap up.
It's like ITM took a screen cap of GratefulEd's brain.
I don't know...that one kind of lost me at Anna Gunn's chest. But it's nice to know that folks here hang out on Reddit.
And I still say they f*cked up by not ordering the tableside guac -- which obviously represents Walt's inability to express his suppressed physical passion for Hank.
A good point someone brought up.....that for all the talk of ricin on the show it's never actually been used. So maybe this one doesn't get used either?
I think the Ricin might be for him. He knows how deep of shit Skyler is in and nothing short of giving him up will help her. He tried to help her with the phone call, but it was obviously insufficient. I think after he rampages in some way shape or form, he takes the Ricin (unbeknownst to Skyler) and allows Skyler to turn him in.

I was supposed to be moving this weekend, but it got pushed back to next week. I might be upset about the change of plans, but it means I get to watch the finale on Sunday instead of waiting until Monday, so I'm totally okay with it.

While many of the Breaking Bad props—from Hector Salamanca’s bell to the infamous copy of Leaves Of Grass—were offered up for auction on Screenbid, but some items were too precious to let go home with just anyone. Each of the main cast members managed to procure a few things before the show wrapped, and they've spilled the details to Entertainment Weekly on just what they took to remember the show by.
Bryan Cranston took Walt’s Heisenberg hat and sunglasses. Aaron Paul snagged Jesse’s “THE CAPN” license plate and another Heisenberg hat, and Vince Gilligan reportedly promised him the scorched pink teddy bear (presumably, a different version than the one that's for sale). Anna Gunn got one of the White family portraits hanging in the hallway of the family home, and put in a request for those ridiculous duck figurines on their coffee table. Dean Norris had none of Hank’s qualms about keeping Tuco’s grill, but he’s also got the axe the cousins brought along when trying to kill Hank, and a DEA bomber jacket.
In true Marie Schrader form, Bentsy Brandt nicked the tchotchke Marie stole from the open house, taking it without telling anyone. And Bob Odenkirk received a Saul Goodman bus stop bench ad, but says he couldn’t take anything else since it’s all in storage for the spin-off.

Warming Glow is blowing up with Breaking Bad articles. Just like they should.
Is anyone else really sad about this weekend? It's good that they are ending the show where it makes narrative sense and all, but it'll just be sad that Sunday is it.

Too excited to see how it ends to be sad. The sadness will kick in sometime after Sunday night, days/weeks later.
I had every intention of making a batch of blue meth candy & mailing it to you guys, but this week has just been too hectic to even attempt it. Really disappointed in myself, since I had been planning it for the past month. Hope to make some tomorrow night or Sunday before the finale. It's the thought that counts, right?

I've never been this bummed to see a show end. Not even Lost or The Wire. I'm glad they're ending it now instead of dragging it out longer than it needs to be, but damn I'm gonna be sad as soon as I finish the last episode Sunday. Breaking Bad has been a constant thing through a very interesting period in my life.

Lastly,
Oh and while I was at the gym today there was a Breaking Bad marathon on. This is the episode I got to watch while biking.
