Really cool news. Awesome stuff. 12:30pm start time tho? I'm guessing that means Ilo will play a bit and then Buffet appears halfway through? An that mac McAnally guy has a show in Georgia at 8pm so it is probably an in & out thing (is he a member of the band?).
Mac Macanally Is another favorite of mine, I would love it if he got a solo set, but I doubt it. Of course just because he is busy does not mean that buffett is going anywhere.
although we just sold out buffet tickets for lack of interest... i think im going to check him out at roo. should be a different vibe than his normal audience
i'm thinking maybe we will get half of an Ilo/coral reefers set then Jimmy will come out about halfway through and take over
If Jimmy does come I don't think he'll "take over". I think he may sing a bit but will try to keep the focus on Ilo. Of course either way i'll be pretty happy.

well that def means Buffet will prob be around all weekend. Maybe a Buffet themed superjam? Not really too excited about that but its a possibility

Actually the original rumor was that he would be there the whole weekend because his daughter wanted to go to Bonnaroo so badly. Like we said before, I kind of think 'roo does not want 20,000 parrotheads decending on it (They would ruin Bonnaroo) So a superjam is not out of the question, it would explain the lack of Superjam info as well.

I don't know. I read it somewhere else on inforoo that it was just a small thing and the post that was referenced in this thread (on the first page) says this:

This was from the guy that "confirmed" it before the Twitter announcement. That's where I was coming from with the whole "in and out" thing.

The guy that broke the Buffet appearance news on PT last week said that Buffet just happens to be recording in Nashville this week and the whole 'Roo thing is really last minute and that Buffet will just be in and out for the Ilo show.
