Each round should start with an odd number of people. Even numbers of players both increase the chances of votes ties (perpetual runoff vote, anyone?) and introduce possible endgames that would render the entire game moot. Go with 11 or 13, but not 12.
So I am an alternate OR we get one more player and have 13? Whatever works best for yous guys, I kind butted in at the last minute so I can wait if need beeee. Although Kel will be really, really sad if I can't, but don't feel bad

I will have no one to vote for. I don't know about sad.
I said that poorly I meant is the deputy a new person or does it replace a towny and I think you answered that. Even if you didn't I am making the executive decision that if we do play with deputy it will be a 11 person game with the deputy replacing 1 towny. PM's shall be sent.

That is the question.
If I were Bacon, I'd drop everyone a line to confirm participation before handing out roles. This past game, I had two MIA players trying to get things off the ground and it was no fun.
Screw it - I'm in. I'm out of town until next Wednesday, though - I have internet access where I'm staying, but because I'm away I may not be quite as active a player as usual for the first week or so. Anyway... let the games begin!
