i agree with will for Saturday. We have rented the condo through to Monday but... we might leave Sunday night, it just depends on if my lil brother can miss 2 days of school that close to his graduation (he lives in Missouri and he's driving down)

wel, i dont know anybody personally..yet...but.....my name is RAndy, im 25 i live in p'cola FL..i'll be attneding the hangout with my buddy Jared and my girlfriend Elise...there will also be a few others spliced into our group depending on the day. We're not leaving till monday.....and i ouldnt mind if anybody wants to party at our condo.....but its a one bedroom that prob wont "comfortably" accomodate everyone...but if its the best option, then i say bring it on...cuz im like hippieNaustin...READY TO PARTY!!!!!!!

Haha. Yeah, I know what you mean. I've enetered my name for just about every jambase contest I've found even remotely interesting for the past several years, never won anything. Maybe this will be the one that I win.... Probably not, but I already have my ticket anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

Hmmmm...haven't even ordered mine yet...guess I should get on that in the next few weeks. Put in for press but who KNOWS what that will entail for the first year of a festie that doesn't seem to quite know what the hay is REALLY going on...though I've seen MUCH less organized things put together for the first year. No press app yet that I have seen, just press contact info. So...we'll see how it goes.
So, it sounds like Sat night is the consensus for the Inforoo Party? Anyone have any suggestions on what/where they want to do/have it? Any MUST DO's while we are down there or any "Absoeffin'lutely NOT!" on the list? That will help us narrow things down. I am pretty familiar with the area as I"m sure several of you are...so let's all try to plan something together. You can PM me here or PM me and I'll send you my cell #......we'll put something fun together for sure! ;D

going to see NOrth Mississippi All-Stars in Mobile tonight at the soup Kitchen........should be awesome, any body had the pleasure of seeing them before? (they've been at roo a couple o' times. 4 (02, 03, 04 Hill County Revue, 07). I seemed to have missed them every opportunity i've had....but not tonight!

you should have a great time at a great show. I have seen the North Missippi Allstars a number of times and Hill Country Revue once. Never have I been disapointed. Enjoy yourself.

yeah they were awesome, the show was great....When cody plays the elec. washboard i was grinning from ear to ear......great time at a fantastic performance... kind of a bummer its gonna be a duo at the hangout, just cody and luther i assume...no bass player (chew)???? oh well.

I'm not sure what i'm more excited for... the Hangout Fest itself...or the Inforoo after party. I got a couple of non-inforooers going with me... (like my lil bro, and my sorta stepsister and her boyfriend) hope it's ok if they tag along.
I'm sure this is going to be a B.Y.O.B right... i mean, we can't expect one person to supply everyone with party favors.
I can say yes - BYOB and yes tagalongs are welcome! Bamabelle and I will get together and come up with more specifics. She will be in Jackson in two weeks for the St. Paddy's parade so we will discuss it all then

I just ordered my cot last night. Even though Wolfaroo has a condo, I think he's gonna run short on beds. We'll let the ladies have the beds to rest in. I can sleep anywhere. Are we thinking someone's condo for the party, a local restaurant, out on the beach? Any ideas just yet or too early to tell?

can i just say that i LOVE that this fest is so early in the summer!!! it's only two days after my last final, so the countdown has already begun!!! oh em geeeeeeeeee!!!

you guys are perfect gentelmen to let the ladies have the bed, how sweet.
I think a condo might be too small for this party... unless it's a massive condo. Beach at night party would be pretty cool, don't know how well the cops will take that though the restuarant idea sounds nice, although we probably won't start the actual party until after 11 so we would have to find a place that's open for a while after. The Hangout itself is open til 2 so maybe that could be our venue.
But after reading what Meg said I think she and Bamabelle probably are going to work something out for us. B/C they're cool like that.
