Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Thanks! I updated the list above. I pulled most of the other days from artist websites and myspace pages, so I hadn't really looked at jambase yet. Some of the others they have listed are different from what I found. We'll see..

^hah, but it seriously does say needtobreathe on a few sites....they werent on the orig lineup, and arent on the website, but jambase and pollstar have them on sunday....never really listened to em, until today....... slap me if im outta line here, but when i heard them (one song on youtube) i thought: KOL jr./lite......maybe its just the lead singer's voice....i dunno, oh well. me wants more bands!!!
Put in for press but who KNOWS what that will entail for the first year of a festie
bamabelle, who do you work for?
I have my own freelance writing, photography and website design company (on the side, I work as a DoD contractor for the day job to pay the bills) and I contract out to different newspapers/magazines/events etc to cover different functions for whomever wants the coverage but doesn't have the staff/expertise to cover things like bigger regional or national music concerts and festies. I don't make a lot if any money off it right now, doing local photography events brings in what little cash I make and writing columns for things like examiner.com etc makes it so that I am a working "professional" and I get free tix to the festies with the press/photo passes or if I am doing some PR work for a group or band I get in on the band list. I have to pay my own travel expenses mostly but do get to write a lot of my equipment and travel costs off as losses on taxes since I am techinically getting paid as a second job for it. So it all works out pretty well for a "paid hobby" kinda thing. ;D
scrolling through here and im just gonna repeat a few random words from diff people's posts to get everyone back on track.... Party, BEACH, margaritas, LADIES, gentlemen, bed, voyeurism, magical and needtobreathe. :-) :-)

i hope your condo-dwellers are all fans of voyeurism :-p
there will be no reason to engage in any voyeurism in our condo... seeing as how my Dad and little brother will also be staying there *shudders at the thought*
oh and I just listened to some needtobreathe, and i'll have to agree with poster-nutbag, they lead singer totally reminds me of KOL.

lmao!! i was more referring to the condo full of boys who are hoping to be invited into one of the girls' beds
^^ haha, yeah. It's not too surprising this thread is more frequented than Coachella's, considering the prevalence of 'mid-westerners' on Inforoo. I'd like to go to Coach, but it's just too far away which makes it too expensive for me. Hangout, on the other hand, is not too far at all and it's on the beach and the lineup is fairly outstanding. From what I've seen the majority of the heavy posters on Inforoo are either from Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, or near one of those states. We've got good reason to talk about it :]

Plus, it's on the beach!
The beach!
hey now! the texas roo-goers thread IS the largest in it's particular forum, tyvm

Actually, it's just me and Wolfaroo plus 4-5 women The odds are in our favor I must say. I don't know if I'm most excited because it's a new fest with a great lineup or because IT'S ON THE BEACH.

I'm pretty sure I read something about this being held on a plateau or butte of some sort. Never heard anything about a beach. Can't imagine a beach being on a butte. Hell I'm not even sure what a butte is, but I don't think they have beaches.
