Crazy??? Yea, like a fox. :-) But seriously, when im not at WIU im in Chicago. Never seen a Big Lots. I have seen dollar stores around, but that's about it. Maybe I will drive by a Big Lots on my 15 hr drive to Gulf Shores. I will stop in and demand 1 million glowstick necklaces and some sun lotion.
Whoa, I'm from Macomb and now live in Chicago. No Big Lots over there. Stop by the Quad Cities or Champaign.

Thanks chico, but im not overly concerned about shopping at a big lots. I was just kind of asking what it was. I thought for a min maybe it was a store full of summer festival goodies. For that, I would drive across the state.
It's all about overstock from Walmart and Target and other wholesale/retail shops. Each market has their own variety. Wherever the overflow for out of season and overstock items is = your communities version of Big Lots.
now that we've got our discount store talk out of the way.... any new artist announcements since the last announcement? Im almost happy with the lineup the way it is... that way i might be able to spend some late morning/early afternoon time in the ocean before heading into Hangout.

I still have not gotten my stuff - I got an email saying it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 3/12 - I checked the status and it actually went out on Saturday 3/12 but still have not received it

^^ same here. I'm also still waiting... I could have gone to B'ham and got it but I didn't want to make a special trip just for the flyers when I could get them mailed to me. I'm going to two shows next week and I kind of need my fliers so I can get some points for handing them out. I probably should have gotten off my lazy ass and went and got them myself though.

Yeah, Im not sure how it works. It said that you had to email them for approval to hand them out at shows, but not to email them after the 15th of this month. But the last time I checked the website wasn't really showing you how to go about getting the points. I probably won't even do it if they can't get their shit together.

im got all my promo material...im just not real sure on the "accepted" places to distribtute the things....so ima just gonna start droppin the stuff in the same manner as if the site were not up....b/c really it's not, as far as i can tell.

There is a webcam tab on the Hangout facebook page -- and it's a view from our hotel!!!! Nice. They said all the rooms face the beach, so I'm thinking we have VIP even without the VIP tix. YEA!
