Dont miss FLips.....esp at roo....that would be a huge mistake....plus i doubt much will be goins on against Flips at roo...if you were there in 07 it seemed like everyone in the world was at the which stage for that one.....although if i remember correctly somthing big was against them in 07 (maybe superjam or govt mule...i cant remember, tooooooo much corn over that elapsed couple o years, bad memory)
i may be dead wrong on this, but i remember the flips show latenight was packed!!!
^^Mule was playing and it was an epic show - we left Flips for Mule - Flips was just a little too intense for us at that point
We got to Mule just in time for that mind blowing Sweet Leaf/War Pigs encore... Warren knew it was impossible for me to leave the Lips, so he specifically held back the Sabbath until I was able to get there ;D

the duo is just the brothers Luther and Cody, they will be without the big black bass player, apologies i forget his name, it will still be well worth seeing though

Anyone know where I can find information on logistics of the fest? Like, what will be the policy for entering and leaving? Are shuttles going to be running around the area and where? What will be allowed/not allowed into the festival?
This festie keeps on calling my name, I hope someone has a bathtub I can sleep in when I decide to go down last minute.....
we have plenty of room for you when you decide to show up at the last minute - we have a two bedroom, two bath condo with a sleeper sofa and only 5 people and one of those 5 has already indicated that he prefers to sleep on the floor rather than the sleeper sofa because he says it is better for his back.
so - come on down!
Oh - I forgot to mention - we are only .5 from the festie and did anyone tell you???

its funny to see people on facebook complain about the cost of this festival...they're so use to paying twenty bux and hittin up Springfest, or Bayfest...!!!.......booo. They have no idea....silly necks with they're....accents. Some people are even complaining of too many artists causing a scheduling conflicts..... DId i mention there is no time slot schedule announced yet...... I hope bama jam/bayfest/other country-music-blah-fest scoops up alot of (hill)folks on the fence about this fest....i fig most of the locals are lawn chair goobs anyways, so go ahead, and take a hike, and give me space to spin outta control! (i mean jeesh, how ya gonna complain, EVER....ITS ON THE BEACH!!!!)

i've decided i'm not making a list for this festival. the Flips are the only must-see for me because i have yet to catch them live. other than that, i'll be grooving wherever the tunes take me

Can't wait for the Flaming Lips and Ray Lamontagne! I'll be seeing the Flaming Lips at Bonnaroo but I'm REALLY excited to see them play their songs at Hangout
