those are good choices. i dont take alcohol to roo but i have to say that orange sunkist gets very cold in the cooler and tastes mighty fine at roo! i take the diet organge but .....still is very refreshing.
I will second that dark Liquors don't agree with me in this kind of venue.
Rum and Coke is good. Gin + Red Bull if you're into mild cardiac events. Bacardi and Gordons are easy to find in plastic bottles and when used for mixing they're ok.
"We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and his Uptown Five. "
Bloody Mary's in the morning. The two years we were camped out by POD 8 we had our own little shakedown and there was always somebody making them in the morning. They were great.

I really think Margaritas are the ultimate hot weather drink - hell its really one of the only things that sounds good to be when I'm sweating like a pig.
Good drinks I make at Bonnaroo. I use the heavier plastic Silo cups to make drinks in.
Drink one ( i don't have a name for this one)- light refreshing very bright. Wife loves them.
A decent tequila - Lanazul Tequila Blanco, 4copas, Milagro silver, Patron Silver (if you into that). 2 oz
Freshly squeezed Grapefruit Juice (i normally have this pre squeezed in a plastic container prepped the morning before we leave) add to taste 1-3 oz. I prefer 2 oz
Freshly squeezed lime juice (squeezed on site) 1 oz
top with Seltzer (plastic bottles don't hold fizz for long so get a bunch of small ones instead of a large one)
Lime wedge garnish.
Drink 2 Caipirnha. National drink of Brazil. Perfect for hot weather. Stronger drink very spirit forward
2 oz of Cachaca (can sub out for vodka, but is a completely different drink when the spirit is changed)
1/2 a lime cut into 4 wedges (no green lemon , must a be a lime) or other fruits can be used instead for a fruitier drink (strawberry, Blackberry, cherrys are all good)
3/4 oz of simple syrup ( or 2 teaspoons of refined/crystal sugar can be used)
add simple and lime into bottom of cup muddle (lightly crush and move around) together with wooden spoon or muddler. add ice then cachaca stir and serve.

In the morning it's vodka and gatorade (riptide rush or berry rain).
Beer in the afternoon.
In the evening I go for bacardi and diet with lime. (I noticed at the store the other day they are doing the diet coke with lime again so that'll be easy this year!)
