Higgi, Jen, and Mike D (and indigrainbow, but right now the only chance I have is for you to be the one killed, and I'm guessing you are not going to commit suicide for me):
Please go back and look at how I voted. Ntrt had to say that it didn't make sense for me to be teamed with eap because it doesn't make sense. Look at how and when I voted, and you will see that eap and I were not working together.
That death is curious... I think INDI killed WOLF because he just called him out and nearly had him in a runoff last round. I am pretty sure he is mafia.

I think had you killed me it would have been way too suspicious. Mike D and Jen can't be mafia in my eyes because of how they've been voting. It's possible LawnGnome is the last mafia because of voting and being very quiet, but before that with all your skipping around on how you feel about things and "reluctant voting" I figure your the final mafia member, Higgi. All too easy to kill off Wolf for you, too, I bet. You took what NTRT said as solid fact and were quick to do so, so that you wouldn't look guilty, and it would have cast too much suspicion on you to change your vote during our extended time on that last trial to vote for me.
It's clear to me that Wolf was on to you. I don't think it is coincidence that he is now dead.
I am always reluctantly voting, aside from when a supposed inspector comes out, I am hesitant to make a vote as I don't feel comfortable making a hasty decision. I like facts to support my claims.
This round is easy for me, I wish Wolf had made it longer because he clearly had a plan and by 'getting his ducks in a line' he started with you - and again - he is now dead.
I have been suspicious of indi for a while. He seems to have a pretty good idea of several things that have gone down and I agree that his explanations of votes point to him knowing more. I was pretty shocked to see wolf killed by the mafia. For now. . .
But, Higgi, wasn't it you that said to look at who is most disconnected from a kill?
Yes.. But I have voted Wolf several times already in this game, I finally made the decision that he must be innocent when he began "getting his ducks in a line," - which began with you. He voted against you and then he wound up dead - I don't think it can be any clearer.
Lawn- check the last round of voting-
Wolf votes Indi -> Indi barely dodges a runoff -> Wolf dies.
11) Voting will be open for 36 hours each round, or until everyone has cast their vote - whichever comes first. Voting will never follow the 36-hour rule on the weekends. I will only ever close voting on a Saturday or Sunday if everyone has cast their vote already. If you haven't voted by that time, your vote will not be counted. If you miss two votes, you are out of the game regardless of how good your reason is. When it is decided that you are out, you will be killed off during the day alongside whoever would have been killed by vote.
Gnome is eligible to receive strike one in 2-3 hours, but I am just about to leave for work... I will enforce this rule appropriately if we do not hear from Gnome by the time I return.
Sorry, liquor unexpectedly kept me out and crashing on a friend's couch last night. I just got home now.

I said I would enforce this appropriately. The situation has not changed while we've been waiting. I'm going to structure this with the same ultimate 72-hour time limit over which Gnome would have accumulated two strikes. We can't let this single round go through the weekend. With that in mind, in my discretion as Referee I...
1. Call strike one against LawnGnome. 2. Declare a runoff (Higgi vs. Rainbow) retroactively effective to thirty-six hours after Day Four began, which was 4:29pm yesterday. 3. Impose a vote closure deadline of 4:29am Friday, which is 36 hours after Gnome's first strike. (I work double duty tomorrow so I cannot take any action after 10-11am. Voting will close before then.) 4. Sent LawnGnome a PM informing him of his strike, with a link to thread and reminder to vote before the deadline.
Runoff Vote Tally Higgi: 2 votes Rainbow: 2 votes
Votes Cast Rainbow >>> Higgi Higgi >>> Rainbow Jen >>> Higgi Mike D >>> Rainbow
Left to Vote LawnGnome
If Gnome votes before the deadline, we will have a decisive vote. If Gnome is ejected while there is a decisive vote, both Gnome and the voting leader will be killed. If Gnome is ejected while there is a tie, only Gnome dies.
