Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Before the stones are cast, it's not my idea (thank Druid) but I am interested.
Most of you who read/post often enough should know my stance.
The question isn't about who you'd rather see at Roo, but who you like more or think is better. None of this "I'll vote for Daft since they rarely tour." That shouldn't dictate your tastes.
Hate me if you will - I don't much like MMJ - would prefer Daft Punk - but I like that genre of music better - always have - I'm a raver at heart - can't help it.
that being said - I do like Arcade Fire tho and would have had a hard time choosing if the poll had been between them and Daft Punk
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
I love all three artists immensely, but for me it goes 1) Arcade Fire, 2) My Morning Jacket, 3)Daft Punk. But (and I realize this is not the question, Bishop), if I could only see one of these 3 at Roo, it would be Daft Punk.

Despite a Daft Punk set not being a "performance" of live music in the technical sense of the word, I'd much rather see a group who only a handful of people in the US have had the privilege of seeing live opposed to a group that, while talented and entertaining, tours constantly just like any other group.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
Fuck that interview. If anyone loses cool points with that, it's definitely Wayne Coyne (who, apparently, already gets himself into trouble and turns fans off with his loud mouth).
