What about the VIP viewing at the tents? I definitely saw this at the other tent. Do they all have VIP viewing areas? Is it ever hard to get into them?

I was able to get in the pit areas at all of the tents. Granted, just because it's the "pit" doesn't mean it's good. You're on the very side of the stage without a good vantage point. The sound isn't good, either.......at least you aren't packed like a sardine, though.
As far as being hard to get in, I didn't have any issues. I rolled up to Billy Idol literally a minute or two before it started and got in. I had a bigger issue getting in to the Which Stage pit (so awesome).

This Tent didn't have a VIP area, only The Other Tent and That Tent. We were told that the one at This Tent was only Artist/Roll Like a Rockstar....although I've often heard of VIP's accident being let into RLAR areas by staff that wasn't sure. VIP tent viewing areas were never announced by Roo, so these were a nice perk for some shows. They also had VIP seating in the cinema tent for Reno 911, which was awesome. Sat 1st row and arrived 5 minutes before start. Wish they had VIP seating at comedy tent
And also, I LOVE the VIP tents, but this year they seemed way more crowded than normal. It sucks paying over double regular price and not even being able to get a seat in there sometimes.
I'm gonna try out VIP next year. I have one question though:
I saw some women walk from the back of the tent and dance in the photographers pit for Soul Superjam. Is that Roll Like A Rockstar or VIP?
Neither. Pit is for artists and photographers.
Thank you. I have one last question, as a VIP, can I park and party with my GA friends on Wednesday and then go ahead and park at VIP early Thursday morning or will they turn me away at the gate?
Ok, I'm officially in on VIP and still have some questions. We heard somewhere that there may be massages available in VIP? We heard there was a cost to this, but now that I'm looking we don't see anything about this...

Greetings all,
Hoping to meet up with you in this magical Bonnaroo community - will be our first time attending, and our first time VIPing any festival.
We are road tripping down from Ottawa/Canada, the anticipation for this adventure to get rolling is overwhelming!!
Are there bars in the VIP lounges? Won't be drinking much booze throughout the daytime but would like the option to sample some of the wonderful Broos.
I believe there are bars in the lounges, but I have never been. I think they would just serve beer just like in Centeroo and campgrounds and not booze.
Go onto youtube and search for Bonnaroo VIP and there are some cool tours of the VIP campgrounds, lounges, bathrooms etc.

Yes there are bars, but they only have basic beer, soda and water. There are no wines or spirits sold at Bonnaroo

I bought some "wine" from an official Bonnaroo merchant but when I opened it it wasn't wine it was full of bees.
We are very polite and look forward to Celebrating with everyone.
??
Not much partying near us last year... I got 'sshhhhed' while walking home Sat nite... I was just laughing and it wasn't that late... vip is wayyy different from ga in party terms but I'm hoping we find a good vip party pocket this year.

Last time I went VIP, we asked to be in the "quiet" part of the Inforoo group, and there was really no partying going on around us. We quietly party at our area (when we are there), but we are somewhat introverted so we kind of keep to ourselves.

Hello everyone forth time broo first time VIP I am planning to drive from Dallas Wednesday to be there Thursday AM with enough time to absorb the full weekend - I must admit the idea of a shower and an air conditioned personal moment at broo are quite amazing. I have a vap that requires charging and am wondering if the power outlets are USB or actual 120V?

Excellent, looking forward to a bit of both - some partying and some relaxing, but we will definitely be respectful and flow with the vibe and scene around camp.
• Yoga classes on Friday, Saturday & Sunday in the VIP Campground • Gospel Brunch party on Sunday morning with gospel choir performance in the VIP Campground
Never heard either of these mentioned before. New?

Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
