As I am often wont to do with the new Souls/From Soft games, I got discouraged by a boss in Bloodborne a few months ago and pretty much stopped playing completely. Dedicated a few hours to it yesterday and got past the part I was having trouble with (Vicar Amelia, if anyone is familiar) and started up the next available section. This game is just the tits... from design to mechanics and pretty much everything in between, this has to be my favorite game of the new generation so far. Witcher 3 is unfortunately on hold, as is Dragon Age Inquisition, but I've been really enjoying Fallout 4 at a leisurely pace since release, and I also just picked up Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain the other week. Only put a few hours into MGS, but I know I'm going to love it.

I loved the DLC to Bloodborne - the bosses were great. It is still my favorite next gen game.
Dark Souls 3 comes out in April so I have just a few months for Fallout 4. I am going to start it this week.
Considering picking up Rocket League and Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 for this Steam sale before it ends...
Whatever you do, pick up RL. They update with new content every month and the game just never gets old. The new experimental maps are a ton of fun as well.

bentclip is it really as good? l4d had some of the best co-op i've ever played, so many hours put in and it never really got stale.
it is. imagine fallout with zombies. you can play all the story lines with 3 other people. it also has that scare factor like resident evil had.
the main game is in a city so parkour is a big part of it. The new update is mainly open fields and they added dune buggies for you to drive and smash with.
after about 2 good drinks, it becomes the funnest game I've ever played with friends.

damn that looks pretty cool. i'm definitely interested, but i haven't bought a full priced game in years. i'll have to wait for another sale down the road.
part of why i enjoyed the l4d games so much is how arcade-like they could be, but it managed to be different every time. i got pretty into multiplayer when i was a part of a gaming community years ago and we had a solid group of people that played constantly. the teams were REALLY good. so much strategy involved, it really showed me how balanced the games were and how deep the gameplay could get. run n gun vs. moving slowly as a unit blah blah blah. i'm not sure i've played another game that had that level of a multiplayer experience. i miss it a lot. i know l4d 3 is supposedly on the way.
this looks really good tho. i like the open world and rpg elements. i'll have to keep this on my wishlist and try it out someday.

My daughter & I finally got to the end of Epic Mickey 2 (our favorite game ever...), and after the credits there was a teaser for Epic Mickey 3, which we were psyched to play next. And I just found out that there isn't going to be an Epic Mickey 3 after all. Like, ever. I could cry.
I don't know jack about most of the games you guys play, but I also don't have anywhere else to whine about this.

I would recommend to start with the first one. I haven't tried Epic Mickey but Kingdom Hearts is a ton of fun. The new one comes out around this Christmas.

Its bs. I actually have the PC version too but my compy sucks so bad it's much more playable on my ps4. I'll try to remember you if I ever do get back on pc
