really suprised STS9 made that announcement on their website and we have yet to get an official announcement from the folks putting on Hangout.....I wonder if they are trying to seal the deal on something pretty big or what
they released their announcement for all good before they were supposed to, so it could very well be true

In my head, I like to pretend that they were waiting for all the Phish shows to go on sale for a few days before announcing a star-studded late night Phish show at the beach. I'm just dreaming big... anything extra is just gravy at this point, but I really love gravy.

solid additions. Pretty stoked about Karl Denson and The Avetts. I wish they would have spent the soundtribe money elsewhere, but I'm sure there will be lots of folks glad to see em. I like em and all I've just seen enough live tribe.

That's true, they did say there would be more. I'm hoping that's still true and they didn't just end up blowing their remaining budget on STS9 and the Avetts.
At the Beach on the beach! Great additions. If this festival isn't sold out by the end of the month, then I don't get it. The setting is too spectacular.

This is going to be a really great weekend of music. If we get great weather it will really be amazing. I'm thrilled with this lineup, for a second year festival it's just plain outstanding.
