No..I meant that there was a show before the jaz z shows where he had a live band, then there was when he was on the bill for promoting call of duty, black ops in vegas, live band, and I believe there were 2 other shows witha live band (SNL was a live band too i think?)
If they were Jay-z's band, why did they have Recovery shirts and all the other Recovery Leno all over them? Bottom line- I'm fairly sure Eminem would be smart enough to bring a live band to Roo.
I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just DJ.
I more stoked for Big Boi than for any of the other hip-hop. That might be because the only Em and Wayne I know are their biggest hits though. Wiz played a local club here just before he blew up. It was a fun show, but I really don't feel like I need to see him again.

Go for Wayne's mixtapes rather than his cd releases...and Eminem...well expect alot of newer music mixed with the old songs that got him his name.

I definitely like the older stuff, but I really like "When Life Gives You Lemons.." too, particularly the production, but also the lyrics. I haven't had the chance to sit down and listen to the new album, so I can't state my opinion on that yet. I'm sure the set at Roo will be a nice eclectic mix, though, so everyone will be satisfied.
so if Bonnaroo continues the newfound trend of having a huge rap act billed for roo (Jay Z, Eminem, Weezy) Then who do you think will be big enough to do it next year?
