From what I've gathered, Chiddy Bang and Javanotti are also hip-hop. Don't know anything about them.

the lack of Black Star maybe due to the fact that they maybe an addition. We have 90 artists right now on the line-up, so there is room for around 10-15 more additions.

I'm not a huge fan of Lil Wayne but it's def a solid hip-hop lineup. And if we can get Black Star/Wu-Tang/The Roots as late additions it would get even better.
Yeah, Chiddy Bang sucks though. It's hip-hop for tweens.
I'd say J Cole is more hip hop for tweens. Chiddy Bang was playing college parties a few years ago and then somehow blew up. The lyrics are def subpar though, they're more known for sampling/mixing i think
