The three main electronic acts on this initial lineup are all shared with Hangout and all repeat performers at Bonnaroo. They aren't gonna add any "big" names to play the Lunar Stage. Those will be fun and all, but I think it's obvious that AC is WAY out of touch when it comes to booking relevant electronic music.

Not complaining but I'm surprised bassnectar is back. Then theres Pretty lights and STS9. Not strictly electro but theres sleigh bells. And !!! Pretty sure im missing some
Hopefully the adds are good, because the current offering is underwhelming.
Bassnectar/PL/Girl Talk are frequent tourers and have been since 2008 if you haven't seen them yet then you'll be excited. Otherwise MEH. Really not indicative of the current electronic scene like Deadmau5 was last year. Girl Talk is the only big act right now.
!!! is good check them out. They're on Warp, which is the Flying Lotus and Aphex Twin label. If Roo doesn't add Simon Posford then its dead to me electronic wise (its on a respirator right now).

forgot about ratatat. thats a pretty sweet get. I think it needs some more good additions for lunar stage but the electro is off to a strong start for sure.
Im pretty happy so far. Love bassnectar and girl talk shows. Always a ton of energy and a great time. I had a blast at bassnectar last year. Pretty lights is always good time. Excited for STS9, only seen them once for a little bit. Ratatat ive heard mixed reviews of live. Im still excited but we'll see what conflicts are like.
I have a feeling the Lunar stage is going to be staked. Could definatly see rusko getting a latter add to throw down there, would love to see some Flux . Still hoping out for beetroots/deathcrew and DFA(i guess not technicaly electronic but i feel like it falls into that late night dance party) or MSTRKRFT

Definitely underwhelmed on the Electronic front, was hoping for The Chemical Brothers or Massive Attack. I might catch Bassnectar since I haven't seen him other than from far away at ACL. I have seen Girl Talk and Pretty Lights both 4 times or more. They won't be mandatory in my book, but good nonetheless. hopefully the Lunar acts are good, right now it's not the emphasis of the lineup.

Nobody forget that Tiesto was in the second wave of announcements in 2008. And love him or hate him he's probably the biggest DJ Roo has ever gotten. In other news I'm pretty pumped about seeing Pretty Lights for the first time, I've heard nothing but good things.
