This is a thread to tell us about different acts on the Bonnaroo lineup.
Deerhunter is a band from Atlanta Georgia that makes shoegaze and post-punk. The band consists of
Bradford Cox (He has Marfan's Syndrome which is why he's super skinny, Guitar, Vocals) Moses Archuleta (Drums,) Lockett Pundt(Guitar, some Vocals) and Josh Fauver (Bass)
They have four albums, that get progressively less noisy/shoegazy, and more psych rock. Turn it up F*ggot - Super Noisy/Angrier, followed an original band members death Cryptograms- More Shoegazy/ Less Noisy Microcastles- Psych/ Post-Punk Halcyon Digest- Most accessible record they've ever released, but also the best. More psych rock mixed with their best songwriting to date.

Lil' Wayne is an awesome rapper. People hate him around here because they don't know anything about hip-hop and think that anybody who is popular must not be any good.
She has released only one album The Ghost Who Walks, featuring 12 tracks.

Well just started researching some bands that I havnt really heard of and so far the one that jumps out at me the most is Deerhunter, really good stuff!
Mac Rebennack, known more widely by his stage name Dr. John is a legendary pianist from New Orleans who carried the boogie piano of Professor Longhair into the funky future. Among many other things, Dr. John is the inspiration for the name of the Bonnaroo festival. The word "Bonnaroo" is New Orleans slang for "the best on the streets", andthe festival is named after Dr. John's 1974 album Desitively Bonnaroo, produced by Allen Toussaint and backed by the Meters.
He'll be performing that album, with that same backing band, at Roo this year. I'd expect the Preservation Hall Jazz Band horns to be a part of it too. On top of that, he'll be doing a superjam with Dan Auerbach, which has the potential to be mindblowing.
