EZ ups and battery powered fans are enough cooling. You will be able to sleep, because you will rage so hard all day and all night. The camp sites are really too small to use a generator without disturbing those around you. Bonnaroo is all about embracing the experience, and part of the experience is the TN heat! 2010 was record highs but last year wasn't bad at all in comparison. Just pick up a few of these and bring shade!
Deep cycle battery + inverter + box fan = less expensive, less noisy, less harmful. If you do go the A/C route though just remember you need to get an A/C that is rated below 1.5 kW because anything that moves on an axis i.e. spins like compressors take up a lot more energy than what they are rated for to actually start and get up to speed. Couple of my buddies had this problem with their RV last year.
