Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I see a lot of people starting to complain about others in the crowd who weren't "raging" like you were. You're calling THEM names and I'll let it ride at that.
Stevie Wonder was a great show even if you weren't in a dance pit. Sorry you don't understand that.
Ummm...Stevie killed it, I never said otherwise. I guarantee that I had a better time than you did at that show. You were probably one of the drunk DMB fuckheads standing around playing pocket pool not paying attention to the music, distracting real phans from the music.
Go back home to your Kings of Leon mp3s before you get served for real.

Meh. You're some 16 year old [regardless of age] jackass. I don't have time to point out how wrong you are about pretty much everything. Have fun living in ignorance.

I like that a lot better than Roo. Clearly, Stevie couldn't play 2 years in a row, but I'd even take the 3 behind him over WSP and eminem, with Buffalo Springfield thrown in the mix.

ACL released the schedule today. Looks good, a few conflicts like MMJ vs. Stevie Wonder and Pretty Lights, Santigold vs. Mavis Staples. Otherwise totally manageable.
i have hardly any conflicts at all, but saturday seems so weak to me. i really thought they'd pull out the big guns, but this line-up is so-so in my opinion.
that said, i will be there with a smile on my face.

Broken Social Scene > Fleet Foxes > Arcade Fire.
It's like that stage was made just for me.
I hope those Sunday day passes last a little longer. I'm seriously thinking about road tripping, visiting friends in Texas, and catching the last day of this.

No one is talking about the aftershows yet? I don't think they're nearly as good as last years, but they're still good. How about that Sunday show at Stubbs with Iron & Wine featuring Yim Yames? Pretty Lights with Nas at Austin Music Hall on Thursday should be a great way to start the weekend.
I'm trying to purchase tix the the DFA1979 show, and can't seem to get past the passcode page. I'm hoping presales aren't sold out...if not, I will have to try my luck tomorrow when the they go on general sale.
Actually, just tried on my phone and was able to score a tic!!! ;D
Now to try and score a Friday day pass for James Blake.
old crow medicine show has cancelled their tour dates for the fall, including ACL. hopefully they'll get someone comparable, maybe yonder or something like that.
i had to go to the dentist today and buy a new car battery , but when i got home my wristband was on my doorstep. yay!
i'm excited, but hoping it will cool down even a few degrees before then. (please seriously, send some cooling vibes down here, the high monday was 106F.)

The biggest reason I would consider skipping ACL this year is due to the heat. Just about had enough of it already. Most likely still going, but not nearly as many friends are going this year.
Also disappointed on the aftershows also. no major plans and will probably just hang out in Austin.
the first few years i went (05-07) the dates were all in september which was no good. when they started moving to october i think everyone was pumped. last year's weather was perfect i will be sad for it to be so miserable hot.
that said, it won't be any worse than bonnaroo in 10 and at least i get to go home to a shower and a bed at night.
saturday is a pretty weak day IMO, so if anyone wants to look at the schedule and give me some people to check out earlier in the day that'd be sweet.

I will be there. Totally not happy that I have two tests on Thursday until 10pm. Still may head down since my car a/c is broken and it will be cooler. I will be staying in North Austin with a friend. Looking to maybe get a bike so I can park my car at my friends house that brews beer off 7th and ride there.
