I am a bit discomforted by the fact that Bek & quacker have two of the three deciding votes here. I'm also discomforted by any collaboration between the two of them at this point, and presume that they'll vote contrary to one another as they did in the previous round of voting.
Mr. Hammett, looks like this round is coming down to you. Don't screw the pooch.
I gotta admit, that vote kind of surprises me. I approve, though. Here I'd been assuming Bek would vote Sarah & you'd be the one voting for EAP.
I just want to make it known that if I were the Inspector and had a Night One guess, my list would be narrowed to (in alphabetical order, not order of suspicion): Bek, Jack, NoAge or quacker.

Is that just because I am voting for EAP and have not changed my vote or do you have another reason to suspect me?

It is sort of weird that you and Sarah turned the game on it's head with posts that where 4 minute apart. Just saying.
Also, I think several players can see the reason EAP might be targeted.
I agree with Kdogg on Jack.
Or I'm overly paranoid.

You're in my middle tier of suspicion, yes. You're single positive by the measures I used to figure Sarah was double positive, amongst other things. I do know not all five players I suspect can be Mafia, so we all know at least two of the five I'm looking at are innocent.
The way I see it, Sarah is terror alert red, the four of you mentioned above are terror alert orange, the rest are code yelllow - save for myself & individuals I shall neither quantify nor identify being code green.
We can talk about this in more detail in Day Two. I am 99% sure I know who's getting whacked after this vote anyhow.

From what I read and understand from previous games, it would be pretty safe to assume that which ever of us is not killed in the vote will be killed by mafia. Am I correct?

That is the Mafia's decision.
Not every game is the same, so not every Mafia has the same factors to take into consideration when deciding who to kill. There are different whacking strategies for different circumstances.
A whack can be used to mislead Townspeople. A player can get whacked because their voting/posting record points nowhere near in the right direction. A whack can be used to get revenge on someone who voted a Mafia off. A whack can take out someone Mafia is afraid will be a consistent vote against them throughout the game. Mafia are especially concerned about the identity and elimination of the Inspector. Some games it's a game of chess, some games it's like shooting fish in a barrel.

I would like an answer to this question too. If anything, I think the fact that I was the first person to vote for EAP - and that she had voted for me first - would make me less of a suspect. Any mafia that's worth its weight in salt would never stack votes in the first round - they don't play that carelessly. It's almost always a divide-and-conquer strategy in the beginning to throw off suspicion - you of all people should know that.

I already did answer this. Either you haven't completely read this page, or you're trying to make me look bad for dodging a question I actually answered.

I am presently of the belief that EAP's initial vote for you might be the single most important piece of information the Townspeople have to go on all game. (My apologies to Sarah if it turns out we Townspeople are heading in the wrong direction...)

Why the insistence that vote stacking is inherently careless? I dare suggest to you that sometimes, it is done purposefully. Where there is an agenda, there is a motive.
And I will have you know that these days, I prefer the unite-and-conquer strategy

I figured at this point that I'm toast and I was just going to give up and chalk it up to inexperience. Today I actually had some time to read back through some old Mafia games like I'd been wanting to do. After reading several games some things starting becoming more clear. Then I read back through this game so far and started to realize that there's some deception going on. I figure I'm a goner either way, so I might as well share my theory so that it might help the townspeople outsmart the Mafia.
Somethings that I overlooked until today: EAP has hinted at being inspector several times and some players seem convinced enough by it to vote for me.
Scenario #1 - EAP is the inspector. When she realized she was on the chopping block she chose to hint at being the inspector to save herself. This wasn't a well thought out plan though because by hinting at being inspector she is putting herself as the obvious choice for the first Mafia kill, thereby making her role useless because she won't get another guess. With as many games as EAP has played surely she wouldn't give her self away this early if she really is the inspector.
Scenario #2 - EAP is Mafia. When they realized she was on the chopping block they formulated a plan of trickery. They realized she was up against someone (me) that would be difficult to beat since I'm a newbie and people don't generally like voting off newbies in the first round (from what I understand). So the plan is to have EAP insinuate that she is the inspector. This does two things: one, it makes sure that people will vote me out and two, (possibly more importantly) it makes it difficult for the real inspector to come out later in the game. After not being killed in the vote they probably will still kill EAP to keep up the ruse that she's inspector. From what I've read in past games it is not unusual for Mafia to kill one of their own at the beginning of the game.
My guess is, that if something like scenario #2 is true (which I'm really starting to believe) and I make it through the vote, that Mafia will kill me the first night as retaliation.
I've been mulling this over tonight... whether or not to post my theories or watch the game and see if it turns out I'm correct. I figured I'd share, why not? Maybe I've read too many Mafia games today and it's got my brain all shook up. I did learn something pretty crucial in all this though. If I do play again, I will be more suspicious of everyone from the beginning. I'm a trusting person and had the outlook that I would trust everyone until they gave me a reason not to. I now know that's not the way to play.
Bacon said he would close the round tomorrow afternoon. So you guys know I'm going to bed now and have a super early/busy day at work tomorrow so I probably won't be able to post until well after the round is over. If you think my theories are way off the mark you can just write me off as clueless. At least now I can feel good about actually trying to figure this game out.

Where? I have spent the past 15 minutes scouring this entire page and the two pages before it looking for a reason as to why you think I'm sketchy. Here is everything you've posted on this page:

I hope that answer helps.
I see absolutely nothing here that gives any explanation as to what I've done to arouse your suspicion.

Funny... NoAge asked me the exact same question you later accused me of not answering. See his post Reply #214, then see my post #217. I answered it when asked, so drop it or ask a clarification if you like. I'm not going to get any more specific with you than exact post numbers - please refer to them.

You don't have to actively DO anything to arouse my suspicion, if you passively receive a vote from the right player.
Simply put, Jack: I think what we have here is an Inspector that had your name, and perhaps you belong in Sarah's place. Either of these two, actually.

Then it stands to reason that you would know why you are suspect. Mafia like to lay back and let the townspeople make mistakes. Vote stacking doesn't have to be obvious, if the mafia can hide on a vote they are sitting on. Correct?
I was willing to change my vote so that we didn't just vote EAP off. Yes, I had a freak out and wasn't happy that I sided with Kdogg. Mainly, because I'm not sure of his reasons for casting so much suspicious on Bek and fucker. I switched votes twice in the service of the townspeople. It concerns me that most players weren't willing to do it.
I agree with you on Jham. I've found some of his moves shady.
Jack, why were you OK with sitting on your vote for EAP?
Well I was wanting Bek to vote so I could how she acted, see if she stacked against Sarah, or voted for EAP. After reading through the thread, I feel that both are likely innocent, but I feel that EAP is more innocent, she got dragged into this mess for defending herself. I don't believe either of these 2 ladies are mafia, but I have to vote for one of them, so I vote for Sarah.
