I came in here to post about them covering Rac - This will go over huge at roo. It didn't seem the crowd was too into it though.
Well the guy from The Hives doesn't have a really big ego.

I don't know, maybe if I was a bigger fan I guess I wouldn't think it's obnoxious. I think it's that they only have 50 minutes so I'd rather just hear 2 or 3 more songs than have a minute of banter between every song.

Yeah, it's not for everyone. I just remember, when they first got big, they were sharing a slot with The Vines on one of the MTV awards. After their half, he looked into the camera and said "Now, you've seen the best part of the show, so you can turn off your tv." I just thought that was awesome.
