Samosas, triple-decker grilled cheese, and LEMONADE! every other week out of the year I'm repulsed by lemonade but nothing is more refreshing than some legit lemonade on a hot dusty day.
You guys have got to be kidding. After reading this thread, I think I may be just as excited to eat the food at Bonnaroo as I am to see the acts. I'm drooling at my desk.
They had a spicy pie tent at Sasquatch last year and I didn't discover it until the last day. I was so bummed. If the food is anything like the legendary spicy pie, I'm excited!

I'm going to go by year, what I recall eating the most:
2006: that Pizza place near the ferris wheel. 2007: ^ 2008: Samosas, dollar grilled cheese (ate more of these this year than ever) 2009: Samosas (they weren't as good this year, but I ate them, still)... also, I ate a ton of frozen lemonades at Which Stage... even though I was camped literally right behind the dollar grilled cheese stand, I only went once.... honorable mention to the burger joint at the end of 3rd Avenue, we dined on these Sunday night. 2010: Dollar grilled cheese, the Chinese stand across from it (once again, we were camped in the same area, even closer to Centeroo, so these places got hit up a lot)
FISH TACOS from the stand at the end of the bobble heads (near the port a potties) I had never had one before, but after the first one ... I had them more than once every day!

what was the food truck that had the lemonade with some sort of berry in it, like blackberry or something.. and it was like a dark purple almost seemed black at night.. that lemonade was freakin awesome.

The dollar grilled cheeses are good, but you have to get them at the right time. I have had quite a few in the last few years that have not been so good. I think sometimes they get to busy and make up to many sandwhichs ahead of time. They are not as good as when you get them fresh.
This is'nt really food, but has anyone ever gotten iced coffee from gipettos inside centeroo? It is in an old train car. If you get a chance try the iced mochas. There is nothing better when it is really hot but. They are kind of pricey, but you will not regret it. Man I crave their coffee all year round. Also, the petro food truck they have in centeroo was pretty awesome. It was the one thing I ate all weekend that actually filled me up and had me feeling good.
The best are the burritos (make your own), but I thought they were $7 and by the ferris wheel......of course, I'd get one at night with the beer.....so maybe it was $10 and by the Which stage....
I did like the food trucks too.
My favorite hang spot between sets during the day is the coffee tent....shade, coffee, and good conversation....when you can find a seat.
