I would love to see Motorhead, but I wonder if Lemme might work a lighter than usual schedule and do fewer dates? I would love to see some bigger metal acts brought in and they certainly fit the bill. I can see them doing a late night set like Alice Cooper did. In terms of other possiblities, I haven't really looked at dates, but The Sword has played a few times. Clutch is out and about this year. It seems there are a few more metal bands on tour this year than there were last year. Of course so many spend the summer in Europe, so that may not mean much for the US fests.
edit. I also wouldn't mind seeing Five Finger Death Punch. They appear free. Texas Hippie Coalition is also a band I have never seen but I have friends who rave about who I could see being on the bill.

The new Behemoth album is fucking brutal. Would love to see them at the farm this summer. Same goes with Mastadon, Ghost, Between the Buried and Me, and Deafheaven

I've listened to some Meshuggah through my brother who's a big fan. They're pretty good, often complex rhythms that force you to try to figure out how to nod your head. But also quite heavy & very progressive. I would recommend the album Catch ThirtyThree as a good starting point.

Want: Mötorhead Meshuggah The Sword Mastodon High on Fire People to stop bitching about metalheads at bonnaroo. We've been there since the beginning, just not at String Cheese Accident shows.

Well said brother!
I always add Skindred to my metal list as I still think they would kill at Bonnaroo and really, how can you go wrong with Lemmy (provided Motorhead is there)????
