Jham/SFA.. your thoughts on the long weekend delay in the Mafia whack? Was it something or nothing?
I agree with SFA and LLL in their saying that the mafia players were probably busy. When you are mafia, you spend alot of time trading PMs, discussing tactics, etc, and if your partners in crime don't spend a ton of time on Inforoo, then you spend alot of time waiting on PMs.
Since my post didn't draw feedback from the people I was watching, I will now change to who I feel is most suspicious.

My reason, before anyone asks, is because LLL survived a runoff, and didn't get whacked. She may be mafia, or maybe the mafia thought Jack was the inspector.

I'm driving home from work now, interested to read over today's happenings when I get in front of my computer. Not nulling my vote because I doubt voting will close soon.
This game is crazy! I feel like I'm on the dating game asking questions to people that i can not see when they respond.
Have one more question to pose to anyone with an opinion on the topic then i need to tune out, check on the state of the state of Wisconson, and call it a night.
Did anyone read anything into LLL's 'Doh' moment while we were still in night one or was that a genuine oops?

That's OK. I should have been more clear. I was just holding back making sure I didn't say anything to sway you.
I still think voting for someone with one vote would be better in the long run. If you feel like I'm trying to lead you, you can switch back to me but that won't help the townspeople.
Well maybe not turn in time just yet. Wanted to see a wider runoff for more discussion. I find Scrog to be a person of very much interest and wanted more discussion. Then moved to him as being highly suspicious after the EAP 'hunch'/EAP lets work together turn. I will clearly state I may still go right back to this same vote, but feeling really uncomfortable about how the field has gone from a wide runoff to one person in the lead.. and how that happened.

So, I make a good point that you agree with, however would be at the same time pointing out that my Mafia partners were busy all weekend, (which includes a very specific three players mind you), so that I can cast suspicion upon other members of my Mafia group and then lose? I must be a mental midget.
Also, I quacked up and voted before the kill off 1st round because I didn't read the posts very well to realize a kill had not been made. I'm pretty sure if I were Mafia, I would have known that a kill had not been made. Genius.

That was a genuine "spent 12.5 hours at night saving lives and wiping 500lb ass at work trying to play Mafia the only time I can because I work 60hrs a week, at night, drive 2 hours a day to and from work and try to take care of two kids/make dinner/do laundry/take showers the other few hours I have available in a week". I wasn't paying attention, didn't finish reading everything and wasn't computing with the 5 brain cells I have left functioning after having worked a 12.5 hour shift. Or, once again, I guess instead of being a mental midget, I am a pure genius playing a trick and now pointing out to everyone that it was a trick.

Only Mafia would want to vote me off, with out a run-off. FM, you taking your vote away, makes me reevaluate things. Holls you are making me nervous. Very nervous. Why do you "trust" Mike D and FM?
EAP, I voted for you to "mix things up", like SEA was doing. When I asked you to switch your vote to FM and I would do the same, well this move would have dropped you to one vote and FM would then had 2 votes, you and FM would have switched placed. Why would you not want to do that?
Not going to claim to be the inspector, so if I get whacked it will be a wasted whack, unless I am on to something. Like Noage being inspector, I know I said Mafia before, but maybe him 'speaking up' this round was his tell to being the inspector.

i did not change my vote, b/c i do not want to be associated with you in any way scrog. i'd rather not be switching votes with people, i would just like to keep my distance since you never know how things turn out.

Well, first off. I voted for Holls when I already had a vote. That would be a pretty silly thing for a mafia member to do.
Secondly, I had it in my head that there were more people to chose from with 1 vote. I guess I had the earlier vote tally in my head.
The reason I chose you was a little flimsy but I thought it was worth putting you in to see what happened. Also, you do realize I knew you would more then likely vote for me and put me back in the runoff? That said, I don't blame you for doing it.

The reason I changed my vote to you(Sarah) is pretty simple. Let's say Noage was mafia. Fawnmart and Holls would have been better off voting for Jham then equaling the playing field to three players with their back to back LLL votes. I highly doubt both of them could be mafia in my little scenario here.
Sarah and Jack are left to vote and Jack stacks a vote on Noage, leaving sarah with no choice but to vote LLL.

I'm just not sure how much faith to put into Jack and Noage being any role. Considering the Mafia's point of view in a first round with not much going on, this is my idea of the mafia's thought process.
This is just a scenario I've worked out in my head and it's at best a shot in the dark because the first round doesn't have much information to glean.
I'm open to other ideas and still thinking about the ones others have presented.

I think a four person run-off tells you very little. Mafia can then each spread their votes across the board (unless you somehow luck out and have all three mafia, or at least two mafia in the run-off, but statistically this is unlikely). Just my opinion.

Of all the reading, ^^^ appears to be a reasonable statement of fact.
Scrog - would I vote for EAP? Yes I would. If it felt appropriate based on what I was reading. However I'm not going to do it specifically because you are trying to influence me in that direction. I backed off of the vote for you because I did not get the warn and fuzzies with the SFA/Holls moves that changed the field rather dramatically. Does not mean I find you less suspicious as yet.
The towns people really need to get more information and I am inclined to agree that the 3 person runoff will be more beneficial to that end.

First, I was agreeing with you, that playing as mafia, you have communication delays that can slow the game up at times. I do not think that anyone should be alarmed by the mafia taking all weekend to make a choice.
Second, I never suggested that your early day 2 vote should have been considered anything more than an "oopsie", that was all Fawnmart. I see it as a completely understandable mistake.
Third, my suspicions are just that, suspicions. I am not necessarily expecting that anyone agree with me that you are mafia, and especially if their only basis for suspicion is that you and I agree about a few, unrelated issues.

We agree completely on this Jhamm. I asked the question and accept LLL's answer that it was an oversight after a very long day.

i am changing my vote to scrog b/c of how weirdly aggressive he is. my vote for popsicle was always just my default vote.
scrog, i am willing to change my vote during the process of the game if i feel like i trust someone and their ideas, which usually doesn't happen till much later in the game when i have a clearer view of what is going on. the fact that you are bullying people into changing their vote for people is weird to me. how can you be so sure about people?? i still find it strange.
