These guys sound interesting and will be there! If anyone has any other videos they would like to share I'd be much obliged as I haven't delved too much into these guys but they seem very promising. Catch them if you can! "Fork in the Road" Live by the Infamous Stringdusters:
Lovin' the Infamous Stringdusters! There is going to be some great bluegrass at Electric Forest! So happy! Loves me some good bluegrass! The Infamous Stringdusters are at the forefront of a new movement in bluegrass music. Been lovin' the CD's but I guess these guys are killer live! "Fork in the Road" Live: - such a great song! I think there's going to be a little bit of everything in the line-up for everyone! Not just electronic.
The man behind DIM MAK RECORDS has been credited with launching the careers of some of the most influential acts of the last decade. Since founding the label, he’s stepped into the limelight himself as a DJ, artist and producer remixing the likes of Michael Jackson, The Killers, Robin Thicke, Lenny Kravitz, Weezer and more. Share his "Pursuit of Happiness" Kid Cudi Remix: Happened to walk by Kid Cudi when he played that song at Bonnaroo in 2010, and originallywasn't lanning on catching any of his set, but I'm glad I walked by at that moment, cuz it was a good one!
I checked out the video - I'm excited to check out Steve Aoki at Electric Forest. Never seen him before. That's funny, I also caught Kid Cudi when he played that song at Bonnaroo in 2010! I have to admit, it's not really my thing usually, but it was awesome! That was a fun year! See ya'll in the forest!
Eric D. Johnson, who has recorded and performed as the Fruit Bats, had quite a story to tell. He’s tried to write it as a short story, a play, a movie, but finally he decided to make a song out of it. It's called “Tony the Tripper.” It's a pretty good song. I've never seen the Fruit Bats before. Looking forward to seeing them live at Electric Forest. I'm always on the lookout for some great new tunes! There's just something about hearing music live and outdoors... You can check it out "Tony the Tripper" at
Love it! I wasn't able to go last year, so I thought the recap video was pretty cool! Definitely got me pumped to go this year! Really, check out the video mentioned - if you are having any doubts this year! Also really liking the diversity in the line-up this year! I'll be able to get my bluegrass fix, that's for sure! Love, love, LOVE Infamous Stringdusters and Elephant Revival! This will be my first time seeing both. AND first time seeing Bassnectar! Still lovin' STS9! They have never let me down! Can't wait to be in the Forest. So happy to have a festival like this in MI!

It is like Roo was this year, camp infront of or behind vehicle with firelanes between rows. I was pretty cramped last year but my neighbors decided to puss out in the rain and left me with tons of room to share with my new neighbors.
Raise your hand if you ARE going this weekend. I ended up getting a job working as a vendor. I'm not really going for any of the bands, I just really needed the work, so it's a cool vibe to work at. I'll be hawking pizza so any InfoRooer gets FREE PIZZA! Just come and ask for Yvonnaroo. (Just don't mention the free pizza, unless I'm there!!!) I'll be mostly working at the pizza spot out in the camp grounds, so, yeah, try to find "Pie to the People." If you are on twitter, that is a great way to contact me while there. I'm @callmegoldie. Hit me up!
ps- any advice on what to do on my spare time (besides music)?
