Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I'm sure PP will be back at it again this year. I remember being heavily involved with the clues two years ago and backing off last year. It causes too much stress.
Also, does it seem early to anyone that we would start getting clues about Bonnaroo now? Lineup is 2 months away. I like the notification of clues now, but our first clue last year wasn't until January 11th.
I don't know the tweet seems to imply sooner than that. It wouldn't be surprise to have some this month especially if they are clues about clues style. Something like the infamous Snoop Dogg clues of 2009 leading us to some other clue delivery device. Also I miss DJJD.

*arrives in thread on rocket-propelled dolphin or something else suitably awesome*
NEVER FEAR, Pepper is here! ;D
If I had to guess I would have thought we had a couple weeks to go, still. But like baconus said, the hinted-at "clues about clues" would be totally possible for even sooner.
I think I'm going to sort of redefine my strategy when it comes to the website this year - nothing too drastic, just that this will be the first time I'm lucky enough to be employed during clue season and so there's gonna be a lot of times that I can't be online. So I'm thinking that now that we have our awesome clue subforum and the website is a little less necessary anyway, I'm not going to plan on the website being the best resource for up-to-the-minute news. Because let's face it, it wasn't last year anyway - with our awesome slooths on the job keeping each individual clue thread updated with guesses, tweets, posts, and everything else, the threads for each clue are more up to date - especially with each thread-starter only worrying about one clue or a handful of clues. Works a lot better than me trying to stay on top of everything all at once!
In practice the website will be pretty much the same, just maybe updated less often. I figure the website probably serves best as a reference for past year's clues and as a summary for anyone who is sick of thinking about clues but still can't bear to completely look away and not know what we're figuring out - everyone who wants to just check in once in a while.
Part of the reason I'm babbling on and on about this: does anyone have any suggestions for the site? Anything that I should add that might be helpful? I certainly don't want to give it up, but I also don't want to cling to it if it's not useful, and the original problem that I was attempting to solve pretty much doesn't exist any more now that we have our subforum. So I'm wondering if there's anything else I should be doing now. Let me know if you've got any ideas!

Perhaps a wiki style page with authorized editors?
Pepper, I think the website is a good tool to have as a go-to point when we're trying to figure out the clues. As we all know, the threads can get cluttered very quickly and it's often hard to weed through all of the responses (even Gary C learned that the hard way).
I also think that remeard's suggestion above is a good one! If you are comfortable letting people edit your page, that is. There are plenty of us that would be willing to help if you need it!

Yes. There needs to be some sort of central location for clue info, the threads become a total cluster almost as soon as the clue is read. Wiki style makes sense, it would probably be best if there were a few authorized editors.
Oh god. I'm excited about the possibility of finding out info on Roo 2012. I'm not excited though for all the reading, tweet following, mind crunching I'll have to do just to realize I'm stupid.
I think, like the years past, we need to have a "Master Thread" with all the released clues in it, as well as their current status, and a thread dedicated to each clue.
