i think you guys are nutty for switching around so much, like someone previously mentioned it does no good to keep changing everyone up at this point. though, it seems a little fishy.....which may be good down the line for us to come back and examine people's changes.
i can assure you i'm not mafia and i can also promise that i will try my very hardest to pull a townie win, b/c i am so freaking tired of losing!!! (i'm not even really sure why i'm in the runoff in the first place, i didn't do any vote switching really and have not been super quiet )

I saw Nurses about two months ago at a really small venue in Charlotte and they killed it. They are kind of like psychedelic folk; almost remind me of really early Animal Collective.

That's pretty much why I voted for Quacker however I did find it odd that he was trying to cast suspicion on me who is a townie. I see no reason for this unless he is mafia and is trying to take one of us out early to give mafia a leg up.
Quacker's voting was odd enough for me to want him in the runoff, so I kept my vote throughout the day. I am not sure if he is the one that I want to see go, though.

Oh I CAN understand your explanation I'm just not sure I believe it. Rather, the way I see it is you are trying to get people to vote for anyone who isn't you, not necessarily a mafia member which is going to screw us townies.
All I can say is that if I really were a Mafia I wouldn't be calling people out to speak up. Instead I'm pretty much standing out there. Go ahead and vote for me to go. I have no idea if Jhamm or EAP are Mafia either. But I think your reasoning leads me to believe that you haven't gotten a chance to play as a Townie before and you can't understand how it feels to play as an in-the-dark Townie. I'm just doing what I can to get people to talk and you are IMO looking suspicious.
I am leaving my vote where it is for now, unless I see something strange in the voting, or someone gives me a good reason to change my vote I will not be changing.
I really have nothing else to go off of. Only two players have made big moves and they are the same sort of stuff I've tried in the past. Don't really blame them but it usually just ends up hurting the townies in the end.

I do not remember him being very talkative. If he was it was when we were Mafia together, my first game. Phi you mentioned that one of the "pairs" were Mafia voting for each other, in the run-off there are only two people who fit in that scenario, you are not voting for either one of them. Do you really think Jham is Mafia? With all the Mafia are quiet talk, if I am Mafia, than I am talking. I am not sold on Jham.

I agree that Townies should speak up and defend themselves. I just think that feigning confusion about a very simple statement isn't much of a defense.

Hello Mafia players. It's me. I know I have been away a couple of days, so y'all should just argue in the meanwhile. Me? I was out with Bunny, Jury, and Dan'roo last night at some bar in Virginia. I am more suspicious of EAP and Jhamm than I am of Quacker. If Quacker is mafia, he is playing very risky. Since EAP just got a vote, I am going to even it up.
It has nothing to do with this runoff because obviously it's a crapshoot as to whether I get voted off or not. But in looking at the votes to date it seems like Scrog and Dubbits have been trading alot of meaningless votes. None of them have meant shit. If I go in this runoff or go via hit if I survive it, keep this in mind. There. How much more of a target can I make myself? I'm def a Townie and def not the ref or I wouldn't be so bold in my posts so if I do go don't fret unless you vote off the Inspector.

So your implying I'm trying to lead the votes away from EAP? That same logic could apply to almost every vote switch in the game.
I'm not sold on anyone. If you look at the first page you'll see that EAP just randomly choose me within a minute of realize she had posted at the same time as SurfbumDJ, who voted for Noage. Whom EAP had asked to be voting partners. Which to me shows no motif. Just making a random vote. That lowers my suspicious at the moment.
So between Jhamm and Quacker i picked Jhamm. Not that I think Jhamm is necessarily suspicious. I simple feel more confident voting for him over EAP or Quacker at this time.

I think we may actually have 3 townies in the runoff, but after rereading the thread, and doing some thinking on the current voting situation, I believe this is my best move. I know I will receive a return vote from EAP, but perhaps quacker will consider changing his vote.
I know I have been quiet this game, and I don't intend to make excuses as to why. The truth is, in order for me to theorize and be atleast halfway correct on anything, I need atleast 1 round of voting + a runoff, sometimes 2 rounds. Unless I see a well thought out, coherent theory early on (which is rare, especially without KDogg), I try to avoid casting any real heavy suspicion on anyone. I also try to refrain from filling these threads with useless jabber, to make things a little easier on those who try to reread the game for clues.
So, EAP, I am not attacking you for any specific behavior, or because I think you are more guilty than quacker. This move just makes me more (mathematically) probable to survive to the next round.
