Ok, the movie, "The Taking of Pelham 123" is about negotiations to free hostages on a Queens, NY subway. It is based on the life of negotiator, Lt. Jack Cambria. Coheed & Cambria? Subways run underground, iow, de-lighted. And, oh yeah, there's the word, "trained," as in subway train.

I know this is minute, but we are getting nowhere. Is the colon significant somehow? Maybe a band with a colon in their name or something. (grasping at straws). And I agree with the guess that the queen's delight might be a reference to cake. It was the first thing that came to mind. Don't know what it means, but it sounds good.
David Bowie. I'm sure there's a connection somewhere about him being Buddhist and that song with Queen or him being the Goblin King or some junk, but I just really want it to be David Bowie. So, there.
First part could totally be Budai. Budai was a monk. A holy person. A saint, if you will.
Savor the queen's delight? Sure, we think of the White Witch. But does it necessarily mean to taste? Savor as appreciate or enjoy? Like, the queen delights in tons of gold and junk.
Boney M? They have a song called "Rasputin." Im not trying to give a history lesson but Rasputin was a monk who was having an affair with wife of Czar Nicholas II. Long story short this guy was a complete badass and wouldnt die When assassins came for him but when they finally did kill him his assailants put him in a burlap bag and threw him in a river..Rasputin was a trained priest and healer, you can correlate the cloth sack with his death, and he was the queens delight. Just food for thought.

garychardonnay Does trained = choo choo trains? @thefudgefactory Clever. Clever.
So if the first part pertains to a hobo who travels by train, could it be Seasick Steve? I don't have a connection to the second part yet, but he lived as a hobo that would travel around by train.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

Or could it be one of the bands that played the Railroad Revival Tour last year? Edward Sharpe, Mumford and Sons, Old Crow. They said they wanted to pay tribute to Woody Guthrie who rode with the hobos on the trains. So that could fill the "trained" and "hobo state of mind". The only queen connection would be Mumford and Sons obviously because they are British.

All those bands would cover Guthrie at the end of those shows too....hmmm.

I think garychardonnay's "Clever Clever" comment might be in regards to FudgeFactory asking "Do you get seasick on trains?". That's about as close to a confirmation as he has given. I buy Seasick Steve.

No he sent that after I asked him if trained meant choo choo trains. I sent the Seasick question after he said clever clever.

The only connections I can find with Edward Sharpe and the queen part are:
There is a book called The portable queen:Elizabeth I and the politics of ceremony that mentions an Edward Sharpe that is sentenced to hang because he admitted to converting chickens.
There is also a book series called "Sharpe" that follows a soldier named Richard Sharpe and his progress through the British Army. There was also a tv series based off these books that was mostly shot in Turkey and the Crimea.

If Trained = trains then it can still be Violent Femmes
Outside the Palace lyrics:
I've been outside the palace I've been outside the gate I still don't feel that I made any mistake when I got off that train I felt my feet hit the ground I didn't want to go where that gravy train was bound God help me to see I've been loved all along and not to get too confused between the moonlight and the dawn if I go back to the palace I'll walk right thru' the gate nobody knows how much here was at stake I might get on that train in feel the wheel on the train move it on up the mountain like a foregone fact God help me to know I've been in love my whole life and not to get so confused between the struggle and the strife

My first post as a member of the board. I've been following the clues on here since the threads were put up.
Going to take it even further here. If we're looking at all things "Seasick" related, then the Silversun Pickups just released an EP a month ago and one of the songs was Seasick.
