QOTSA covered a song by The Subhumans called "Wake Up Screaming."
They also have a song called "Burn the Witch"
Not sure about a trip to space. Only thing I found right away was the lyrics "And they're gone, I'm gone, in space" from their song "Walking on Sidewalks"
Just thought I'd make it known, according to imdb, Danny Bonaduce was in two episodes of bewitched www.imdb.com/title/tt0523033/. Also, this being a site that talks about bonnaroo, shouldn't bonaduce have two 'n's to pronounce it that way?

If its Danny Bonaduce, there might be a connection to the Partridge Family. I googled "space partridge" and some wiki for a weird RPG game called "Improbable Island" came up with an article about "galactic partridges". Seeing that Galactic are from New Orleans (home of the "bewitching" practice of voodoo) and since it's ANOTHER trip to space (Galactic have played several times at Roo), could it be them??
I know it's along shot but thought I'd take a stab...

For the Grace Potter part: "In another trip to space": NASA took another trip to space besides the Apollo mission, one of them was called G.R.A.C.E. It stands for gravity recovery and climate experiment. it was a mission to better understand the earth's climate by mapping it's ever-shifting gravity field.
Rupert Grint was in all the Harry Potter movies. The movies were always called: Harry Potter and the...
combining those two would give you Grace Potter and The(I believe you had to combine two parts like this in the clue from last year. Opie+Death=Opeth)
Nocturnal refers the something that is active during darkness. One of the most common sleeping disorders is called nocturnal insomnia: abrupt awakenings in the middle of the night. Which would apply to the waking part of the clue. Add nocturnal to what you alrady have and you get:

do you guys think gary liked that post because there was a right answer, or because the post started with "what are some other speckled lads?" and he just wants us to continue in that direction?
soooo... i have just been looking at anything and everything that could possibly fit so i am not saying this is it, but rather just throwing it out there.
another famous speckled lad is l. ron hubbard. he is the founder/creator of scientology. people have criticized scientology a lot, and it's followers have been described as being bewitched (bewitching path?)
"through the use of electronic energy-reading devices called e-meters, auditors are able to help others achieve ever greater states of being until they are Pre-Clear. When a Scientologist is completely rid of all engrams, his or her thetan, or true spirit, can begin to awaken in a state called Clear. The ultimate goal is to become an Operating Thetan, or a spirit being with the power to control all forces of time, matter and space."
they also believe, "It is a basic belief of Scientology that a human being is actually an immortal spiritual being, termed a thetan, that is presently trapped on planet Earth in a "meat body." The thetan has had innumerable past lives and it is accepted in Scientology that lives antedating the thetan's arrival on Earth lived in extraterrestrial cultures."
^^ could these quotes point to awaking in space? if so, could the answer be the band cults? a lot of people consider scientology to be a cult, and not a relion.
a stretch, but some more ideas to chew on.

What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

"In another trip to space we wake. A speckled lad leads us down a bewitching path."
Going off of the Archie/Sabrina idea, "path" makes me think it's a geographical hint. Archie was set in Riverdale and Sabrina in Greendale. A "lad" is unlikely to be Sabrina, but "bewitching" sends it more toward her.
If we take it as Riverdale, you have both T.I. and Waka Flocka Flame from Riverdale, GA. T.I. had a single "Live in the Sky" which could be a trip to space.
Greendale is a suburb of Fort Wayne, IN which was the birthplace of Dick York who starred in the TV series "Bewitched".
Both are set in the town of Greendale, which is an album by Neil Young and Crazy Horse....
Its not greendale its riverdale
Yeah I realized after I posted that Archie is in Riverdale and Sabrina is in Greendale. Still that part of the clue seems like it's leading you from Archie to Sabrina.

I hope it's Childish Gambino. It makes sense that they would book somebody that could not only perform as a musical act, but also as a stand up comedy act.
With that being said, how does Childish Gambino fit the "another trip to space we wake"?
