My hubby tried so hard to duplicate those grilled cheeses when we got home and got pretty close but I think we have the cheese wrong. We are going to make sure to ask this year!
first timer here too haha. finally saved enough money to come and got reluctant friends to come too. so stoked for this. highlight of my summer forsure
Stay as healthy as possible. Start now, eat good every day get all your vitamins and minerals and exercise. Build up your endurance now!! You will be ready to kick ass by June. I know all you people say taking energy shots will be good but I think that is a terrible way to go about it. As far as drinking, know how your body handles alcohol. Know how to drink before you quack yourself up and ruin the rest of your day/night whatever. When you are through with your drinking session lie down!! Don't smoke out to even the comedown off the alcohol, so many do this and it is plain stupid. When you need sleep pop a couple Xanax and you will get your sleep. That really is the only way to sleep, and you will sleep good.
I'm sorry I normally don't stir the pot but I couldn't resist... So energy drinks, and smoking to combat a hangover is bad (AND stupid), but popping multiple RX pills is recommended... Anyone see the flaw in logic here? I can assure you I have slept every night at Roo without Xanax.
I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.
I came down with a group of 6 last year, all first timers. One of us was a big dude from Boston who simply couldn't handle the heat. He packed up early on Sunday afternoon and insisted on going home, forcing one of us to go with him (otherwise we wouldn't be able to all fit into the remaining car). The rest of my group will be returning for our second go-around this summer.
Moral of the story, make sure the person driving isn't like that big dude from Boston. And if you are driving and want to go home early, don't be that guy.
Bonnaroooooooooo!
