Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
so tonights basically my last chance to be on inforoo before i leave for roo tomorrow. just trying to get some clarification about meeting up. for the most part this is taking place at the brunch, right?
I'm pretty sure… Should I just start shouting "the internet" when I arrive at brunch?
Hell, depending on how full TO has gotten by the time I arrive there on Wednesday (6pm-ish hopefully), I might decide to set up there instead of my usual corner of TO for once. Besides, everybody else my wife and I usually camp with is either going VIP, or plans to be in Camp Inforoo.
I believe you'll want to shout, "Corn-cat." Then listen for the response, " Nom, nom, nom."
GRR! I cant't find Founder's All Day IPA in cans anywhere, just stupid bottles! One more spot to check tomorrow.
Otherwise a pretty good setup I feel. Still gotta pick up my standard suitcase of Yuengling though.
Also really wish the stupid amazin' Dogfish Head 61 Minute IPA came in cans as it would be perfect in 'Roo weather. Might have to try and sneak some in!
Check Whole Foods for Founders, just got a 15 pack there

Oh, I know where brunch/Camp Inforoo usually is and how to find it… I'm just trying to find "th3int3rn3t" once I'm there. He showed some interest in my local Louisiana beers, and I was hoping to trade/share some with him.

i should be pretty easy to find. most likely wearing an obnoxious blue straw hat, blue inforoo shirt with a giant purple rooster head that says "th3int3rn3t" and my yellow book bag thats decked out in el wire. most of my life consists of awkwardly standing around places not really talking to anybody, so thats prob what ill be doing haha

Cool. Thanks for the info on vasodilators yesterday in the "preparing for rain" thread. There is always something more to learn about proper layering, dead air space, and our body's reaction to food, drink, and so-forth. Have fun at Roo!

No problem man… Can't wait to see everybody there (all 80,000+)!
I'm going to make a beer run tomorrow and see what I can find and I'll update here. It'll probably be a small selection since I'm flying in. I made the decision to give up checking in my cot for a cooler with some beer.
Edit: actually going to get beer in a few hours. Didn't realize how long ive been watching Netflix....

I don't understand people's love of New Belgium. The only beer I've enjoyed from them is 1554, everythin' else is either mediocre or just downright bad. More fer y'all to enjoy!
I can't explain it for most of you, but up here we don't have it. So it's basically a specialty once you can get a hold of it. Example: I drink Natty Boh while down in Baltimore. It's fucking terrible, but I do it cause it's like a once a year thing.
At least the New Belgium stuff is significantly better than Boh. I think it's overpriced, but it's decent. Are there better things out there than Fat Tire/Shift? Yeah. But I'm still getting it when I see it, the once a year I do.
Though I kinda feel the same way about Sam Adams. There's a few that are decent, but they put out a lot of mediocre to crappy beers.

For anyone in Knoxville (or is stopping along the way), Bearden Beer Market is able to sell again, and they are coming to play.
That's a beautiful sight right there.
Also: 1. It's been a long ass time since I've had Sweetwater. 2. I've never seen 15 packs before. Then again we have 30 packs up here, and I never seen those down South.

I completely agree on Sam Adams.
Not a fan of New Belgium. I really dislike Blue Moon, I think it taste like french fries. The new Sam Adams IPA Rebel is a pretty decent beer. A lot of bars and concert venues around here who usually only have Bud or Miller offer it now which is nice.

I remember back in my youth thinkin' Blue Moon was really good. Thankfully I got wise and now know good beer.
