Geepers Mayo... you didn't tell me trying to get Tu's into a box is like trying to cage a wild animal!!

So here's how I do it - I use shoeboxes bc they're free and people are ready and willing to get them out of their houses (neighbors, coworkers, etc). I take the waist band and roll it into itself. At this point in the process I ALWAYS second guess this step..... THEN I hold that roll with one hand and kind of hug/twirl the rest of the tulle into my chest (meeeeow) and then use both hands to twirl it into the box. I like my Tus puffy and not (too) wrinkly, so this way the tulle stays flat-ish. Then as Im holding the twirled in Tu in the box with one hand, I SLAM the top down with the other and remove my hand at the same time! Then immediately tape the top down.

!!! Thank you so much for the heads up, Mayo! I will definitely do that as soon as I can get one of my weaselly friends to commit to going with me, cause I don't want to adopt one and then not be able to make it to brunch. (I have the ticket for them and everything! I don't get the problem!)

Ugh, the yellow and white one is too perfect! It'll match my tattoo... my 'Tu and my 'Too will coordinate! SOOOOOOooo adopting one ASAP... just need confirmation that I actually have someone to go with and split gas costs. But I'm keeping my eye on that Rootu... and imagining what baked good I could make and transport for the brunch...
If we meet Echo, then I'll DEFinately be going to the brunch, and dragging you with Doesn't it feel good to adopt a beautiful little Tu? ;D

This thread jinxed us. Had to take the two smaller kittehs to the vets - wrangled them hard into the carrier - then one peed all over Quacker thru the cloth carrier.
Time now to take number 3 for his appt. He's easy - I just saddle him up and ride him to the vets.
I tied it on sideways.. which makes it look lopsided or it is lopsided no matter what??? No idea. I also haven't trimmed it.. but I haven't decided what route to take with that.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

my cat has never peed being put into his carrier. nor has he scratched me on purpose. it's just his claws that draaaaaag into my shoulder as I lower him into the top. like he's clinging to the edge of a high rise building for dear life.
BONZ - THE TU LOOKS LOVELY! Never you mind the "Lopsidedness", they are kind of hard to control in general. so it will do what it wants. just go with it.
