Thanks Madeline - they are all good - we've just put off their annual visits for like - 2 years! EVeryone checked out just fine. And Mayo you describer the scene quite well. Add the vision of two adults tag teaming small kitties under the bed and you got the pic.
These are QSAROO Tu's. These are being gifted to Inforoosters that do not have a Tu and would like one. The cost is that you wear it to brunch. That's all there is to it.
Now If you would like a QsarooTu for brunch but know you will never wear it again, then please gift it to a random Roo'er over the weekend. There is a QSAROO card with each one.
If you would like one of the Qsaroo Tu's below - post here - then PM me your address. I plan to get to the PO saturday morning with the first adoptees.
These are one size fits many -- the 36" elastic will be safety pinned so they can be skinnied or stretched. These easily stretch to 40". You can modify how you would like when received. The longer ones are noted that they can be shortened.

Thinking I'm going to trim these up a bit and add some more oomph with what i can find.
Positively Punk (bright purple and pink, pale purple and pink) Can be shortened - I can add large ribbon or flowers
Absolute and Cranberry Can be shortened
My Clemtine (Orange and cream) Can be shortened
What's for Dinner (light and dark pink, white, and pale purple This one should be for a 34' or smaller waist because .... wait for it.. Its made from all of leftovers.

Does anyone have a manly RooTu for adoption/to pass along? My tentative Roobuddy is a boy and he is jealous of my beautiful tentatively adopted 'Tu. So I told him I would put out some feelers and if nothing else, I'd make him one for next year.
With a handful of days left, Now I see this thread?! I would love a Roo-tu. Is this a yearly tradition? I'll be down next year for sure. I'm thinking something yellow and grey/black sort of like the bee girl from that Blind Melon video. Actually, I might have just found my Halloween costume for this year.

Hi Sobe... the amazing Mayo has been doing Tu's however she is at full capacity. I have a few left above that are free to a good home. I am thinking of tweaking them a bit but I am out of tulle and will not be getting any more since i have not packed anything yet!
The Tu Goddess Mayo has been doing this for ages. This is QSAROOS first year of giving away some Tu's.

I made this one for free and only took a few hours. I used recycled Walmart plastic bags. In front of the store, they have the receptacles for the used recycled bags, you can get from there, but I asked a few cashiers at Walmart for some extra bags and one gave me a lot and one gave me some, the other gave me none. I used the elastic band from an old pair of scrub pants. when I cut that out, I left the pockets connected, so this Rootu has pockets. ;D

Best I can tell, the sweet and innocent looking Daisy Dream (little biatch), who knows she is my favorite , took My Clementine out to the bar. My Clementine came home stumbling drunk with a hair cut, pierced ears, and a nose ring. I just held her tulle back while she puked and put her to bed.
Walking back down the hall of all things i smelled corn from positivelys punked room. Walked in and PP had pinked all her ends and gotten dark tattoos. Not to mention PP is looking a lot fatter. That had better be from the corn munchies.
I can't find Absolute and Cranberry or What's for dinner. Those two together scare me. If they break curfew there will be hell to pay!
You did not warn me about Tu's with issues and attitudes Mayo.

Today while at the kitteh docs.. a women came in to pick up her Momma puppeh and the cesarian pups. 6 springer spaniel new borns. did not get to see them, but will not forget their hungry sweet sweet cries eva!! There was one of the bunch that cried the loudest. Bet he/she is out with whats for dinner right now!

Yesterday I made two Rootus. (I'll post some pictures tonight hopefully) AND bought a pair of sankuks. I'm all Inforoo'd and ready to go
I used four different colours and found this semi-sturdy shiny black mesh stuff to put underneath some of the tulle as well. It turned out really well. Also I found that by layering the pieces before I looped them through added even more colours. (i.e picking up a strip of yellow and putting it over top of the red.....looped them through together to get some orange in there). I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.
