Tell that to my bank account and the like 6-7 tutus that I already have I'm now pondering if I have the time to surprise some people in my Roo Crew with tus... I only have a few weeks before I hit Boston Calling- one weekend off- Mountain Jam- Bonnaroo. That might justify a a few dozen extra rolls

I'm considering making a new one for this year. Maybe pinks. I hate wearing leggings or anything on my legs at Roo though, so I am really self conscious about wearing shorts and a tutu with the weight I've gained. I've never had cellulite until now, and it's not pretty Working on losing 10-12 lbs, and am finally getting motivated to do it, but a touch too late

wow u never had cellulite til now... lucky, I've had that shiz since I was a kid... oh well, best way to deal is to learn about dry skin brushing... a question tho... I never considered wearing JUST a tutu... I planned to wear it OVER my normal gear (a knee-length skirt made out of old t-shirts)... that seems right, right? jimpy I usually wear it over my dress or at least have shorts underneath. I'd hate to want to take it off and not be able to without mooning the world. I rarely push forward in reeeally crowded tents, so I've never had an issue, but I have never put myself in that predicament. It would probably depend on the poofiness level of the tu. I'd think your tshirt tu wouldn't be overly poofy?

I would think a tee shirt tutu would just fall down on your legs and not be poofy and be hot... The tulle ones are super light, like wearing nothing. I wear a tutu with a tank top and short shorts usually. I haven't considered putting it over all my clothes lol.
bonzai! I, um, may have made a couple more... and by a couple more I mean several more in different styles... from all tshirt to all tulle to 50/50 tshirt/tulle (and ribbons!) to a half tu that I tested at arcade fire and loved (think short outerwear bustle)... once I realized how easy the process was I started crazy experimenting! So I have options for both crowded sets or open spaces and was curious cuz I just didn't wanna be 'that guy' in tulle. I also tend to dance like a fool and flail about so need to be aware of the comfort of those around me. Can u tell I'm excited? Ha!

the one in my profile pic is only about 5 inches long so more fringey but is a lil heavy. I've made most of my roo wardrobe from tshirts cuz they breathe and react well to being wet/dry/wet etc. Tulle being nylon (?) seems hot n itchy... If only we could have last year's weather.

If I can manage to find any decent amount of time in my schedule I am totally going to hit this up! With AK trip planning, dropping the kids at their grammy's in TX this weekend, preparing for movers and the rest of my crazy schedule I wasn't planning to make a new tu...As time gets closer though, I sooo want to squeeze in some time to make one!

Annnnnddddd....here it is! The Tulle Shop has 100 yard rolls available in about 35 colors. And with the 10% discount that popped up I got these rolls for about $2 each! Also the shipping on the thirty rolls I ordered was only $16. Maybe we can have a rootoo workshop at the brunch....I even bought green, brown and black tulle so we can make camo'tus (not to be confused with cameltoes) for you manly men out there....hey, if you wear a camo'tu can anyone see you??
