OK, who's all staying at my house? I forgot? things have been insane lately -
I'm not going and I'm OK with it....its good chance of rain and I've been very sick the past 3-4 days, still struggling with bronchitis, really don't feel like going down and potentially standing (or sitting) in the rain. Plus I really can't afford anything extra right now. I've got some major shiz I'm dealing with. Life happens. I'm not fighting it anymore.
No problem...I am looking forward to seeing whoever is at my house Friday night/Sat morning, Sat night afterwards and then on Sunday. I can cook up some goodies for us all....and rest in between. Is there talk of anyone getting together on Sunday for brunch/lunch etc? Wanna do that at my house? Just an idea....

I'll be coming with a friend tomorrow, but he can't make it tonight so I'll be coming solo. mayonaise will there be a group spot in the same area as last year?

That is the plan as of right now. We are looking at somewhere in the middle of the hill like last year.
Twisted my ankle and had to leave during Journey. Had a blast at Phoenix and part of Cake/ part of Jane's Addiction though! Wish I could of seen more of y'all today!

Best set at Music Midtown, the best show I've seen this year, and probably in my top 5 shows ever. Why hasn't more been said about their current live show? It's phenomenal.

jmhayes, thanks again for the friday ticket. I wish I was able to meet back up with you. I had phone service issues all weekend. I still have text messages that haven't gone through from Friday.
Music Midtown really brought it with high caliber acts and big performances. Phoenix, Jane's Addiction, Journey, Weezer, Arctic Monkeys, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Queens of the Stone Age, and RHCP could all headline a lot of places. Obviously, the weather was really bad on Saturday until almost 6:00. It made it a little uncomfortable, but didn't ruin it. The porta-johns were the worst part of the festival. 30-40 minute trips to the bathroom. Just ridiculous. Really good fest besides that, though.

Yeah Yeah Yeah's Arctic Monkeys Black Lips QOTSA Phoenix Jane's Addiction Weezer Journey (I made it about an hour & 15 minutes and it was the worst hour & 15 minutes of live music I have ever seen) I left once RHCP got started.
