We bought tickets when they first came out. We had a great time last year and kept watching to see if they were going to have it again this year and when the tickets would be on sale. Our only regret was that we weren't at the stage for Coldplay. Something about it being muddy after if I remember correctly. It was still a great show. We would be up for a Sunday Inforoo brunch if you have one.
Haven't decided if we're doing this one or not. We're thinking about taking/not taking the kids as well as if we will have any money left between doing Roo, DC and Floydfest this summer. Is it fair to assume that the hotels are going to cost a good 200-300 bucks?
I found hotels within walking distance for like 50$ on hotels.com. They aren't nice, but they are cheap. I think I'm going on sat only and maybe try and get a cheap ticket way late in the day to see just Avetts and FF

I just checked out the hotel that they "recommended" on the site, and of course- it's booked. Any suggestions on other hotels close? where are you guys staying?

I won't be making the fest but if yall decide to do a brunch I'd love to hang out. Also the music stops around 11, don't tell me you're just gonna pack it in and go to bed!
John, we got there early last year, around noon, when the gates opened. There was not a line. As for the weather, it was pleasant. I actually got chilly in the evening and was glad I had a sweatshirt.
