yeah i wasn't sure, when i was hanging out with tomL and mrs tomL at ACL there were a lot of folding chairs that had academy on them and he asked what it was. guess they don't have it around where he lives.

I simply don't have time to make more than another say 2-3 hoods, and another 1-2 tutus. So if you were planning on getting one, now is your time to stand up and claim it. holls i had someone ask about the block of rooms...are you still planning on calling and seeing if we could get the rooms together?
Wait: was I supposed to?!? I can, but the chances of them accommodating us seems slim. Maybe if we all bombard them with email requests (and names of people in whose names the rooms are reserved), it might increase our chances?
I've been emailing Abby Hill regarding my own reservation; she's been über helpful & nice. Her email is: downtowninnguestfirst@hotmail.com if anyone wants to subtly spam her inbox! ;D
Personally, I don't think it is necessary. It's such a small hotel and there are so many of us.. Chances are at least one of your neighbors will be an Inforooer anyway

Personally, I'd rather make sure that I got what I originally requested (two double beds with a mountain view). Last year, we had issues with people who requested two doubles and ended up with one queen. I'm scared that playing with the reservations, might forfeit other preferences.
I did just email them (different email than above), to confirm the double beds as we are a full room.

I know most of the people who's last names are on the reservations.
I'm not sure who's staying in whose rooms. That's great if you have an accurate list in whose names the rooms are reserved.
Like Bonnie said, the hotel is SMALL and it's only two floors. If they put us together, great. If not, it's really not an issue. You'll see when you get to the Inn - we'll be in close proximity because of its size. The thing that might preclude us being "blocked" together is that some have requested smoking rooms; most rooms are non-smoking.
