Monkeybunny was telling me the FLips have finally ditched the old circus sidestage show for the next tour. So, I'm actually anxious to see them again for the first time in many years.
Last year had about 37-39000 over 3 days. 11-12000 friday and sunday, 15000 saturday. With the set up they used last year, 25000 a day would be miserable. However they used less of Waterfront Park than was used prior to AC taking over (ie the 2010 festival) so if they expand the space it could be doable. I just can't see 25000 per day in the space they used last year.
I loved how spread out it was in 2010. Last year, the stages were too close and there was A LOT of bleed through from a couple of stages. Really kind of made me rethink going this year, but I guess that all depends on the lineup. Anybody else feel the same way???

I saw you on here earlier in the thread. Figured since you were so depressed about the Roo lineup that that is why I hadn't seen you.

Depressed?!!? I'm downright stoked about Bonnaroo's lineup! You're going to Hangout, right? Is JR going this year?
I think we can tentatively assume from the schedule announcement and email that The Forecastle Incident (which I assume will be a superjam), will feature SCI and will be on Sunday.

JK was on the radio at noon announcing the line up and said String Cheese is playing Friday night at the fest. He also said the Palace show would be an after party/late night show but it wasn't clear which night that would be.
I was thinking of skipping Forecastle this year, even though I had a blast last year. Now, I'm seriously rethinking that decision. ... I really like this lineup. And a lot of the stuff at the top would please my wife, which is half the battle when it comes to festivals replacing standard vacations.

Good to know. With that in mind, it appears SCI will have a normal festival appearance Friday, the LN Palace Theater show Saturday (says it in the Forecastle email), and will be involved in the Forecastle Incident Sunday.
