Three primary thoughts: D'angelo: has been dubbed "R&B Jesus" and had long sabbatical (future was uncertain), not sure on the human contact is gone part Father John Misty: Father John sounds spiritual, left Fleet Foxes (uncertain future and human contact gone) Lord Huron: Lord to fit the rising son of man part, Lonesome Dreams is his album so lack of human contact, no idea on the uncertain future part
How about Frank Ocean? The only connection I'm making is rising son and odd future.
This is the best guess so far imo.
Rising Son of Man = Rising as in ocean tides, son of man as in a young man Uncertain Future = Odd Future ( a little too direct maybe) No Human Touch = either the solo thing or maybe refering to this line from his coming out letter

For the record I don't care about Frank Ocean so my head is not adled by that. Also it seems this clue is more aimed towards the general public which is untrue of the radio clues mostly so it is possible they would make this one real easy

I actually thought about that and with the other two lines all I could think of was War. Maybe the state fairification of Roo will really happen this year. Although if Eric Burden were to reunite with War that would be pretty badass.
