not sure about the swastika, but it would be cool to meet up with some people we are already "kinda" familar with since we'll be there 2 days without any entertainment....other than what we come up with...i plan on getting in around noon, and since it will be my birthday on tuesday, i'll probably start partying as soon as i get there...who wants to join me?
It would be nice if we could organize a central meeting place before Camp Inforoo materializes. Anyone have a unique flag or a set-up they would like to volunteer?
aww shittles i dont want to have to set up my tent while its raining. does anyone know if when we come into the volunteer campsite we are directed where to go? because i dont have a car so could i move to where i want if i get put in the back? and i dont think i wanna do tent only, im thinking i want to stay in vol camping
i've been keeping an eye on the nashville weather (i'm local) and right now it is saying a 30% chance of rain on tuesday...there have been lots of pop-up showers this week (it's been in the 90s except today) but they are only lasting about 10-20 min...just enough to knock the dust down...as for camping, i think you can move after the festival opens to GA...i dont think they care as long as you show up for your shifts

Hopefully the rain gods will let us setup prior to any downpours! If not I will hold an umbrella for you while you set up! Last year there was no one directing traffic once you entered the campground, you just pulled in and parked where you wanted.
So far we are up to 35 inforoo volunteers, 21 during and 14 prefest!
We definitely need to start planning a meetup since the prefesters will be on site this weekend!

Leaving Tuesday and I have done nothing so far, except for cleaning out miy truck (the cab, still have the bed to do). But I always wait till the last minute and everything will be fine.
I try to leave things to do, not a lot of things to do, but I need to leave myself projects so I don't get so excited that I cant' stand it. I checklists and notes to self everywhere. I got lucky and got to have my little brother (he's 10) sleep over since Monday night, so he's kept me occupied and distracted.
We'll have a twin-sized pastel tie-dyed sheet hanging up probably, so you can look for me. I also drive a red Nissan sentra with a "Bright Blue Dot in a Really Red State" sticker, and Obama 08 sticker, and a sorority license plate holder (don't judge! lol) so if you see that car my camp is sure to be nearby
We may bring one of my boyfriend's fraternity flags too. They look like this:
My license plate is my handle. I'll be making Banana Pancakes and coffee every morning on the Coleman stove....stop by and say hello. I should have plenty to share provided not too many folks partake.
I'll be flying my SC flag off my little Rv! So I'm pretty easy to find, but I might away be looking for some banana pancakes, or playing beer pong!
Off topic, somewhere on inforoo was a sign to put in our windshields to identify our inforoo affiliation! I might have to start a new thread to get some help locating it!

Hey, this might seem like a stupid question, but does anyone know what during-fest volunteers do on Wednesday? We have to be there on Tuesday, will some of us have shifts scheduled on Wednesday or do we just hang out until the festival starts?
