Something "heavier" needs to be added to replace Gaslight...we were already so light on hard rock/metal to begin with. I guess AWOLNATION could work? Their last booked show in the states is Gulfport, MS 5/10 and then nothing until heading to Europe in early August.
I wonder if Dave Grohl and Sound City Players will make an appearance, since he's touring around with the Sound City documentary . . . Hopefully the doc will be in cinema tent anyway, even if I never feel like waiting in the hot sun for tickets.

To be honest I don't see that tour lasting any longer than it has to. It sounds like Grohl has even gotten tired of it. I think he realized it is a great idea on paper but that many people, many of whom are older that he's used to touring around with, is more of a hassle than it is worth.
My top five additions: Janelle Monae Jukebox the Ghost The Belle Brigade Arcade Fire Pearl Jam That being said I am so happy with this years linup if they even added 2 out of these five I would probaly be going crazy due to conflicts

WE NEED VARIETY!! Where is the FUNK? How many djs, brooding solo acts, and introspective depressed duos can you book? there must be a DOZEN duos this year, including one duo who"s "guitarist" plays a 3 string guitar because,( As stated in bio), LEARNING TO PLAY GUITAR IS TOO HARD!! I know they denied via Facebook that they wouldn't be there...not sure if this relates to additions as well but I know they told me they weren't booked. :/ I think some of the other in that list are already denied as well not 100% on who though

It's music evolving. Your problem should be addressed with the artists more than Bonnaroo. Are there people out their making that music? Yes. Do they have new music? Some have some of those recently played Bonnaroo? Yes. There are rock and jam band specific festivals the week before and after Bonnaroo. A lot of which are overseas after taking a year off so they're a little more intriguing to some artists.
