IF Camp Inforoo does not exist at Bonnaroo this year we will come up with an alternative. This will be known by Wednesday night; since people can start walking in at 8:00 Camp will be established by 9:00. I am most likely going to skip my pre-Roo party to hike my happy ass in with a big tarp to hold space.
Heads up the brunch is aiming to be in TO as always, but...I think it could be good to have a back-up plan with Access Inforoosters caravaning in, if possible (unless a Groop site or regular caravan in GA coming in Thurs works out better). They won't know til Wednesday night if it officially will work out in TO...
Feel free to post thoughts on this. Maybe if people are already planning to go in around the same time, it could work, but don't make it a big bother to wait on everyone?

Hey, we might as well all buddy up anyway. It would be nice to have neighbors that we know (well, interwebs know) and can chill with. I'm down for meeting up at Wal Mart on Wednesday to drive in at the same time as y'all

I received a response to my email about using a CPAP- "I am still waiting for final word on how it will work this year but will let you know when I find out. Thanks for your patience."

I just got a similar response. She said, last year, they provided the power and the patron provided the tent, but they were not 100% sure of how it would work this year. She said she would get back to me as soon as they made a final decision. I also asked if they were going to need any sort of doctor's note or documentation regarding it, but she didn't answer that as of yet.
Pardon me veteran accessers, but could someone go into detail about the fuzz situation everyone was worried about when the possibility of brunch inaccess was broached? I have never done it and was wondering if it was as bad as described, they made it seem like the place was crawling with the fuzz heat po pos what ever you want to call 'em.

I've never had a problem with police in Access. I don't even recall seeing any come through. Because the brunch involves a couple hundred people, having it in Access, which is closer to the police stand, could make them wander through a little more.

I'm thinking I'll get to Wal Mart around 2 or 3 and do my last minute shopping then head up to wait in line. I'd be happy to meet up with any and all of you if you're wanting to go in as a group.
I've got to work til 5 in order to take off the next three days, so my group probably won't be jumping in line til 7. If that's too late, that's just fine. I'll find you guys

Any one plan on meeting up wednesday for Access group camping. I think we would be very interested in joining such a group. I mean is that if we all met a walmart on wednesday night before going in we could all go in back to back to back right?
and i know they say 8 but what time do they really open the gates?
We are going to be killing 11 days inbetween Waka and the Roo so we are going as early as possible. Yea, we would meet up with you at the kmart for sure. Count two, with the normal camping supplies, car etc (yes we have a camping and ada pass) cr****
Well that's two of us. Lets see how many we can get! we hope to be there Wednesday around noon definitely before 4 pm. I know there are quite a few of us who plan on access camping this year. Will update as people agree.

Hi! It's my first Roo and first time posting in Inforoo! Do they categorize folks in Access? I don't need power, but I have some pretty severe mobility issues due to an aggressive form of arthritis in my feet, ankles & knees. I'm trying to get by without a wheelchair, by using the shuttle. I just walk really slow.

Have you contacted the access@bonnaroo.com people? You have to register with them to get cleared for access.
We started to get this together. I'll be at Wal Mart by like 1 or 2 PM and I'd be happy to meet up with y'all. It'll be nice to have a bunch of Inforooers all together in Access. Pondo is supposed to shepherd us to brunch on Friday

The Access seating at What is pretty good but if you wanted to be in the pit that's obviously not going to be the same thing. Personally I liked being able to sit above the crowd and avoid getting pushed, trampled, etc.
Access seating at the tents is awesome and it's in a little bit of a weird position, but still good, at Which (next to the VIP area).
