If you'd posted where the rumor came from you could avoid.these dituations. I explained why i thought Coachella was moving to 4 days and no one jumped on me for being wrong.
Good call. I didn't even know Primal Scream had a new album. Why do they hate the US? They've only toured here once (in 2000 and it was only a dozen or so shows).
I really have no clue. They've been on my "must-see" list for years now. I'd love an opportunity and I think (in my subconscience, at least) Coachella has the best shot of that coming true. They wouldn't be a headliner. They've never broken big here. Screamidelica is classic, but they have kinda been forgotten about after that.
Suede comes to mind for a brit-pop preheadliner, as well.
I did. I got offered a free ticket to Primavera or Coachella. I'll be sad when when Primavera drops but honestly, I've got really high hopes for Coachella.
Probably. They headlined Coachella and Voodoo in 2004...Lolla in 2005. Even, without Kim, I could see them being billed this year would be a co-headline split like Blur/Stone Roses.
I know you do. They headlined overseas too. Isle of Wright 2009, Primavera 2010, Glastonbury 1989, etc.
Isle of Wight and Primavera are a bit smaller though. Glasto was 15 years ago when them headlining made more sense. When they headlined Lolla in 2005 WSP was #2.
I could see them in the Wu-Tang slot or something like that. Co- on a day at best.

They come through here quiet often on tour and play a fairly large theatre. They haven't really created any new buzz in years other than the recent news of Kim leaving the band. Not being a reunion act, it doesn't seem like something Coachella would book as a co-headliner.
Definitely second line,below the headliner, on whatever day they were listed if they were to play I would guess.
Just curious, but for anyone who is on the payment plan tell me if their second payment has gone through. I lost my original credit card that I purchased the plan with, and have updated the info online and over the phone. I'm sure I'm just being a litte paranoid, but I just want to make sure my order has not been cancelled. I'm sure I'm ok, seeing as how I have not received an email regarding a default from Coachella...just being on the safe side.
