Because my car's a piece of shit, I'm thinking about taking a bus to and from Asheville. It'd save the hassle of dealing with parking as well. Anyone gone this route before?

I Haven't done the route before, but I know the bus station in Asheville is right behind the DTI. Like a 3/4 minute walk to the door.

Last year, it was me, EAP, Tronik, and Airline. We popped into a the Total Wine on the way out of town. We literally had so much stuff already in my little mazda (luggage, tutus, panda hood bags, giant cardboard panda) that we were filling in spaces between luggage bags with liquor bottles, and putting beer cases up to the top of the rear window. Then we passed the aux cord around and everyone played dj from their ipods and mp3 players. And we talked about the "olden times of rave" from when I was a candy kid in the early 2000s. Pretty much a delightful trip.
As they say - Getting there is half the fun!!! Im so excited for the next road trip with my new riders!!!

I must say, it makes you guys really easy to spot in the crowd! Almost as much as the light up gnome people.

me too, except more the late '90s. all of my JNCO's ended up basically black at the bottom due to dirty club floors. I played AK1200's "Drowning" relentlessly. although when cute boys asked I pretended more of an affinity for drum & bass than house/trance because it was cooler.
also, this may belong in the confessions thread, but I clearly remember making a grocery store trip on one occasion with a pacifier. wth was I ever thinking back then?? oh yeah, I wasn't. good times though!
