I almost had to slap a bitch just now. I finally got around to calling to add Thur. to our reservation. I told her my name and she said are you William? no, I'm not seeing your reservation... took her a few minutes to find it. so now that is done.

I've sent them two emails in the past 7 days verifying that I asked for 5th floor mountain view (I know that I did, but no room number is listed on my confirmation) and to add Sunday night... still no response. Dr Patel and clan are quite sub par in the customer service department.
Also to note, in 2011 when I roomed with RunningRaleigh, I checked in first and she NEVER found his reservation. Someone must have cancelled last minute or something and she did have an extra room for me. So yeah, they suck. BUT, they have a great location and have breakfast 'til noon. So I'll stick around.

Til 4 or 5 would be even better...but this is better than those whacky "breakfast ends at 9" places, because that's just impossible. I try eating breakfast before 9am & I end up wearing scrambled eggs in my hair for the rest of the day.

I'm not sure if I would eat that breakfast again (but not a meat eater). BRING WATER, I find their water gross.
Sucking at customer service also means they are barely ever walking around good for us
I live in that place from 6 AM till it closes. If you think this is a joke, it's not. I usually walk out with half the muffins too.
Then I head to the coffee bus. Weather permitting, of course.
Me too. I can't sleep past 8:30 or so, so I just end up going downstairs, drinking coffee after coffee, twiddling my thumbs and groupmeing until I have company.
