Given this list, there's no way they'll repeat the terrible mistake they made last year of having only 1 LN stage act. I'm thinking it'll look something like this (F=Friday confirmed, S=Saturday confirmed)
FRIDAY WHICH: R. Kelly THIS: Animal Collective (F) THAT (Electronic Tent): Porter Robinson (F) > Wolfgang Gartner (F) OTHER: Bustle in Your Hedgerow > ZZ Top
SATURDAY WHICH: Pretty Lights THIS: Boys Noize (S) > Wu-Tang Clan THAT (Electronic Tent): Billy Idol (S) > Empire of the Sun OTHER: Weird Al (S) > Soul Superjam (S)
I tried to work Animal Collective onto a stage, but it just wouldn't work out. But, with 13 bands for 14 spots, one of the tents is left with just 1 act, and Animal Collective really makes the most sense as that act (although Superjam is arguable).
EDIT: I gave the Stage to the two top billed acts. Seems to make to the most sense

I posted this elsewhere before I saw this thread but here goes again:
1) I knew Four Tet was gonna get screwed out of a LN. 2) I was fine with Bustle in Your Hedgerow until this moment. They get a LN while PTM does not. F*ck those guys.
P.TM were on the outdoor stage at Coachella. Wouldn't be surprised to see them on the Which at 'Roo. That could be one reason they didn't get a late night.

You won't see me bang the jam drum a lot, but Bustle is really fun. I was thinking they would get a LN after the Unchained debacle, last year.
I've seen Four Tet during the day. Admittedly, it was with Steve Reid and not a full Four Tet show, but he was still fantastic. Don't sweat it too much. He'll still bring it.

I'm not really mad about either one of them. Four Tet is Four Tet. He is going to be great regardless. I just had a feeling he was going to be one of the electronic artists to not get a late night. As far as BIYH goes, I am surprised by the LN, but yeah, it's not nearly the same level of what the f*ck as Unchained was last year.

Evening show on the Which stage would be awesome. Just don't put them early in the day. The early day Which stage shows always drain my energy when melting in the sun. Delta Spirit got that treatment last time.

At first I was thinking they'd be an awesome Thursday night tent closer but then when I thought about it more and the fact that the guys are Roo veterans (not as BIYH but as their regular acts) made me think they would get a late night set during Friday or Saturday. I am a bit surprised they got it but it'll still be a sweet show. There are definitely some other acts that would benefit from a late night more, though. I could have watched this set in a tent during the afternoon and still loved it.
The one thing that makes me hopeful is that they bring some guests out for a sit-in or something.
Love Rocky Horror on Thursday night. This is our 6th Roo and this will be my first time in the cinema tent, do I need to worry about tickets like the comedy tent?
I'm terrified by a late night Weird Al set. After the drawn out stupidity of the live announcement, I can only imagine what idiocy he has planned. Then again, I could be wrong, and I REALLY hope I am.
I think you are wrong. I'm almost positive that Bonnaroo will be getting Al's normal show. It has a lot of multimedia elements and costume changes that are timed out to the fraction of a minute. It's very, very difficult for Weird Al to change up his setlist. And the normal show is a solid 2 hours and 15 minutes; it's much more likely that something will be cut than that extra "idiocy" will be added. At most, one song might be swapped out. My secret hope is that he'll do "Dog Eat Dog," the Talking Heads homage, in honor of David Byrne being at the Farm.
Manoman, I'm gonna have some conflicts fer sure! Not that I didn't expect it, but five acts I really wanted to see are all scheduled LN (Soul Superjam, Billy Idol, Wu-Tang, "Weird Al," and ZZ Top). Come on schedule...

Werid Al was for sure an odd choice. I am somewhat glad Portugal the Man. is not LN and somewhat mad. I think they would have been an awesome band for a LN set, but I didn't want them to be a conflict with PL or Soul Superjam.
I would love to be able to see Pretty Lights, Soul Superjam, and R Kelly. Wouldn't mind to see Billy Idol, ZZ Top, and Werid Al.

I'll echo what a lot of people have already said.
Surprised not included: Conspirator
Surprised included: ZZ Top, Weird Al
I'm not really surprised by Bustle in your Hedgerow. Maybe I'm reading too much in to this, and I know its already been said, but it could be a good response to Unchained last year. Replace a bad LZ cover band with a good one. I doubt I'll catch them, because I'm sure there will be a conflict, but I bet it will be a great time.
I am actually pleased at some bands not being late night, not because I don't think it would be a better show LN, but because now I will probably be able to catch them. This means Bjork and Four Tet, two acts I probably would have otherwise skipped due to LN conflicts.
I'll probably end up spending the majority of my late nights eating funnel cakes in the fountain anyway, rocking out to techno robot. bonnaroo has a techno robot right?
Also, what time slot are they referring to when they say "Late Night"?
Late Night refers to usually post-midnight on Friday and Saturday. I could see Conspirator playing Thursday at like 10 or so. I think that's around when Lotus played in 2010 and it worked just fine.

Oh shit, I completely forgot about Bjork. How the hell did they get away with not giving her a which late night?! I guess it'll be her straight into Paul? The drastic shift from her into Mumford would be too much for me to handle.

How long did Lotus play in 2010?
My memory fogs with the passage of time, but I believe they went at least 10-15 minutes past their scheduled end time. I think it was just around a two hour set. If I remember to I'll check my schedule when I get home.
Sometimes, conflicts can be your friend. Choose one, and stick to it. And hope the rest of the crowd is split evenly. I'm more concerned now that Superjam will be opposite Bustle, and be jam (*wink) packed.
i was really, really hoping to jam out/ get drunk to zz top in the hot, muggy, tennesse sun. THATS how a zz top show should be. goddammit. now i probably won't even be able to see them cuz of conflicts.
