What time does the sun normally set? Bjork in the daylight seems so odd, but a sunset set would be pretty cool.
8:06PM
Well, I suppose a sunset show with some darkness is better than none at all? Still a baffling choice. Beach House into Bjork closing the Which would be perfect.

The Wilco vs. Jim James conflict makes me want to crawl under my desk and sob for the rest of the day. Seriously, probably my top 2 acts going against each other. Also the JJ Superjam, Billy Idol, Weird Al conflict hurts a lot too. Gov't Mule's slot makes me wonder seems like a horrible plan, but I'm used to head scratchers by now.
I know. But this is the end of Beach House's tour most likely. And Bloom is my favorite album from last year.
But I'll likely do Bjork. Even though its not really as big of a spectacle show anymore since 3/4 of it is before dark. They basically screwed Bjork, and then me in the process. Conflicts are part of the festival. But my top 2 shows conflicting is annoying!

Biggest issues:
1) I want to see a lot more what/which day acts compared to previous years, and that could be bad news for making late night if the sun is beating down
2) Tame Impala in the Other tent? GTFO
3) The XX vs. Jim James vs. John McLaughlin vs. Conspirator ... All acts I wanted to see, and they're right before Paul, the one headliner I wanted to get there early for.
I made a Google Drive spreadsheet for the schedule like I did last year, since I absolutely hate the way they display their schedule. Check it out over here:

Same issue here. Normally, I try to avoid those open field stages during the heat of the day. This schedule is going to make it tough on that end.
For some reason I thought Solange on the What stage was kinda funny. Not sure why, just totally threw me off. She has an awesome 50s-esque backing band and singers that get you grooving, so it's worth checking for those who haven't seen her. I just thought she would totally be in a tent.

So...what about the Solar Stage, Sonic Stage, and Cinema Tent? Do those come later?
Cinema tent is out, just not with the music schedule...it's somewhere on their site. Solar and Sonic stage will likely come later.
Hmm, I can only find a list of who's there, but not the times. Have they not posted times yet? I'll add it to the Google Doc if the times are listed as well.

Nevermind, I found the cinema schedule. But it only lists start times, not end times, so I can't really add that to the Google Doc.
Some really rough conflicts fer me this year, the worst bein' Superjam/Billy Idol/"Weird Al." All three acts I really wanted to see. Bjork/Beach House sucks too. Damn.
Although I knew it was inevitable, the 6-9 slot on Sunday is a bit of a gut punch. Likely have to give Japandroids a miss, which sucks, but with how staked Thursday is for my taste it's amazing that's all I'll be missing. Other than a couple of other minor squabbles, I'd say they pulled out a decent schedule.
Also, can't forget to take notice that they mention this is an "initial" schedule and that there are a few surprises still left in store for us. Keeping my expectations low and my hopes high for whatever those may be.
What is the new music on tap lounge by miller light. I don't remember this from last year can someone refresh my memory because I want to see capital cities late night Thursday.
Thursday - Who should I catch after Alt-J? I'm not familiar with the LN artists after him.
Vaccines and Allen Stone are both solid (but different), give them a listen on Grooveshark or Spotify. Also, not listed anywhere except the cinema tent schedule is Polyphonic Spree performing Rocky Horror Picture Show at 12:30. That's where I will be.
