Terrible:
Pretty Lights/Animal Collective Paper Diamond/Alt-J/Allen Stone Deap Vally/Django Django/Purity Ring R Kelly/Superjam/Billy Idol/Weird Al Bustle/EOTS/Boys Noize
Manageable:
John McLaughlin/Jim James/Conspirator Two Gallants/Portugal.The Man/Deathgrips Gov't Mule/Nas/Matt and Kim Baroness/The Sheepdogs/Holy Ghost Swans/Ed Sharpe/Tame Impala Divine Fit/D. Byrne and St. V.
I'd have some really tough decisions if Killer Mike, Two Gallants and Tallest Man weren't all playing here in June. My top three would have to be Bjork vs. Beach House, Of Monsters and Men vs. Earl and National vs. David Byrne and St Vincent

Casey Crescenzo vs. Paul McCartney. It makes my soul hurt. Do they normally put cafe acts up against the headliner like that? It just feels so cold to me.
Kind of in order from more difficult to less difficult
Tame Impala v. The National Wilco v. The XX v. Jim James v. a good spot for Paul Beach House v. Bjork Empire of the Sun v. Boys Noize The Tallest Man on Earth v. Four Tet Portugal the Man v. Lord Huron v. Death Grips v. Two Gallants Grizzly Bear v. Foals v. Amadou & Miriam Of Monsters and Men v. Earl The Vaccines v. Capital cities
Earl Sweatshirt vs. Of Monsters and Men R Kelly vs Superjam Cat Power vs Matt and Kim Bjork vs Beach House vs A-Trak
Suggestions?
Hands down Earl, he uses Flying Lotus as his DJ and tends to show up with other OFWGKTA members, notably Tyler. I never miss a superjam, ever, do you really want to see that entire r kelly set ? I would actually go with cat power but thats because i'm pretty damn tired of Matt and Kim at this point, once was enough.
The last ones a toughy..I'm not a huge bjork fan (don't get me wrong i do like her music) and since its not late night i gotta go with Beach House. I'm really hoping A-Trak plays longer as i can't stand the Lumineers.
Do you think they will show up for Earl at bonnaroo? I think we may split R Kelly and Superjam, probably leave Mumford early to get good spots for Kelly. Yeah, I've seen Atrak before but my gf really wants to see him and I like Bjork but I've heard she plays a lot from her new album which I wasn't a fan of at all.
Does anyone want to be my Billy Idol buddy? He is my top show I want to see, but my husband wants to see Weird Al (that's his top show). We are literally not speaking to one another right now because the fight is so intense.
Why fight over it? Just go see the shows you want and meet up after. That is what I do with anyone that goes to Roo with me. We rarely want to see 100% all the same shows.... Going to a show alone is not a bad thing, I do it all the time at Roo.
I only have one blanket? But seriously, I just like seeing music with someone else. I feel weird going to a show by myself. I did that with Foster the People last year and I had an awesome time, but I'm always like, "Hey Mr. Glit, remember when FTP did that dubstep version of "Pumped Up Kicks....." oh, never mind," and then I'm all sad. Plus I get nervous at night by myself. I don't think anything would happen at Bonnaroo, but I don't see well after dark and just get a bit anxious trying to make my way around.

Tell him to grow a pair and get over it. I'll see Billy with you. But fair warning, I will be sneaking off to see a bit of the Super Jam.

The only casualties of the schedule I have this year are Porter Robinson and Wolfgang Gartner (Ill see both at Made in America) as well as ZZ Top. For hosting the fest, Weird Al got shafted pretty hard with his timeslot. For the first time, I will finally see a Superjam and some comedy acts if all goes according to "plan". (Soooo probably not)

Do you think they will show up for Earl at bonnaroo? Yeah, i definitely think Lotus will be there and tyler isn't unlikely. i should also mention Earl has an album coming soon and tylers on a couple of the songs from it he's been promoting

My thoughts exactly with Bjork. I don't care terribly about A-trak, he's become kind of a lazy prick these days, fame has dulled his live show but i need to keep myself away from The Lumineers for personal health.
Pretty Lights will go LATE. So, just depends on how long you want to stick it out at Animal Collective but I would imagine that PL will outlast AC.
This makes me feel better. I wasn't sure who would go longer than the alloted set time, since AC jams and PL has a reputation for kicking ass at Bonnaroo.
Saturday night is a complete cluster.....R. Kelly, soul jam, billy idol and weird al all play in the same 2 hour window...
Sunday conflicts: edward sharpe-del mccoury and divine fits-bluegrass jam-ASAP
Don't forget Mac De Marco. I wish Al was earlier in the day man..i don't need to be Quacked up that bad to enjoy him haha. Man they really put so many of the must see "might not get another chance " acts at the same time. I hate that so so much
Pretty lights WILL go late he went till sunrise last time. That was truly a killer night..shpongletron and ratatat. Catch some PL and then go to AC collective at the end because while they certainly will go late but not AS late. Unless PL being on the which stage somehow means he has to shut down sooner..

Yeah I'm pretty Hyped for Doris based off the songs he's been debuting for it but I love the Monsters and Men album, such a hard choice for me. I saw A-Trak back in September at Counter-Point and he played one of my favorite sets of the weekend but that was back in September. Heard he sucked at Basslights but haven't heard much from him since.
Am I to take this to mean the only performance by The Polyphonic Spree will be in that lame Cinema Tent? Waiting to enter the Cinema or Comedy tent conflicts with everything.
Worst R. Kelly vs. Superjam WTF David Byrne vs. Divine Fits vs. Bluegrass Superjam Of Monsters & Men vs. Getting anywhere even near the stage for Passion pit Swans vs. Sam Bush & Del McCoury
Manageable Japandroids vs. Father John Misty Kendrick Lamar vs. Holy Ghost! Jason Isbell vs. Bombino

The conflicts are so bad this year that I seriously think I'm going to skip out on Bonnaroo this year. I'm probably just going to try to catch most of these bands at other places throughout the summer. This really is a bummer.
Also, whoever thought putting Tame Impala in The Other Tent was a good idea should be fired immediately.
There are a lot of conflicts where there is a (seemingl) clear winner for one reason or another, but as of now, my biggest are:
Grizzly Bear v Foals Death Grips v Lord Huron (v Portugal. The Man) Bjork v Beach House Lumineers v a good spot for Mumford Byrne/St Vincent vs Bluegrass Superjam
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.
