Out of sheer boredom, what do you guys think could be a good fit for the top 6 next year? Just judging off new albums that are supposed to be coming out plus bands that could be realistically signed by fall (I feel like this is when talks probably start for Hangout if not earlier) this could be possible:

Just spit ballin for shits n gigs but I feel like that would be affordable and not outrageous for them. Plus 4 of the 6 haven't played Hangout yet either.
Not a bad top 6. I think The Dead Weather is a lock, though. Gonna hit all the major fests Jack's solo tour skipped over this year.

I dont understand your post. I know FF were there in '11. Next year will be 2015. That's a four year gap and they'll have a new album out. Do you not understand how festivals work? There are repeats all the time. You posted MMJ. They were also there in '11 so what are you talking about? Anyway, I would never let the thought creep in my mind that Tool would play Hangout Fest. They're arguably the hardest get out there in that hard rock genre and don't fit the demo at all. If I had to pick one band for them to get it'd be them. But it's so impossible I don't consider it an option.

I turn every act in that setting off immediately. Middle of the day, no lights/effects, changes everything. Did the same for Phish. Like em, not enough to watch them on AXS in that setting.

I didn't see their set yesterday, but I also saw them recently and FTP was really dang good. Would gladly recommend their live show to a friend. Their lights were incredible though so that obviously added to the experience for me and the lack of them probably took away from yesterday's performance. They would be a great add for HOF, in my opinion.
If Oasis reunited which I am hearing is possible, they will be next year's Outkast and play every festival in the world. Smashing Pumpkins have two albums set for 2015. Don't like them 4th but hey, this is a Hangout thread!

If my friend comes down to the fesitval with me with 300 bucks in his pocket willing to spend on a ticket, do you guys like his chanaces in finding one?

I have a wristband available for Sunday only. Yeah yeah, you can't take them off... I've done this before, it's not a big deal, so no worries.
The black keys played a show in Germany yesterday, first full show of the year I believe. They are known to use the same setlist all year, so I am trying to find it. I want to know when I should leave sts9 and run towards the beach for some of my favs!!

Heck ya that will work for one of my other friends who only wants to see The Avetts and Outkast.. do u mind PMing me how much u could sell it for.. he's not big on music festivals and is going more for the beach but wanted to see those bands.
