I thought they were all suites, not really condos but yes the building right there is the Phoenix All Suites. The balconys facing the beahc last year were right next to the Chevy Stage.

i got a condo at Gulf Village on West Beach Blvd has anyone ever stayed there before? just trying to get a feel for the age group that stys around there and the atmosphere
I'm in Southern Sands this year. Approximately .3 miles from the Fest. A little bit older condo than the one I had last year but easy walking back and forth. Should be much better than staying in Orange Beach like last year. I liked the condo last year, just not a lot to do in Orange Beach without a shuttle to the Flora-Bama.
I've stayed on east and west beach...for my money, east beach from 'sea n suds' back to the fest is the place to be...you can walk to everything you would want and hear the mainstage on your balcony.
^^^ Absolutely. Me and my group got a nice spot. Smack dab between Sea and Suds and the fest, like .3 miles away on the east side. It's those San Carlos condos. Anyone stay there before? We got a group of like 11 guys on the 8th floor.

really want Fitz to play at this. One of my favorite bands and i got to see them twice in 2013 at Made in America Festival and on their Bright Futures tour and they are amazing and they would be perfect on the beach in Passion Pits spot from last year.
Also hopeful for Bastille, Gambino, Calvin Harris and would love for Space Capone to come back they had one of the best sets of the weekend last year on the BMI stage. I never heard of them before seeing them on the lineup and instantly loved their sound and even more after seeing them live

Dispatch had a fantastic set in 2012. Gary Clark Jr. rocked both of his sets in 2012 too.
I also want to see The Revivalists again. Their VIP set last year was so much fun! Oh, and Galactic was such a surprise last year. Wouldn't mind seeing them again.
